Baby Beach

So as you can tell, we love the beach. This was a super friendly kid beach that allowed us to relax on the beach while the kids played in the water. The depth of the water varied from a foot or so to about three or 4 feet, the kids have swims on and we’re always in view. But it was something where the kids were able to explore the fish that were swimming around. Enjoy the sun and the beautiful water and sand. I’m certainly glad we rented a car to drive to that location as we learned that a taxi ride was about US$70 from our original resort Eagle Beach. The staff was extremely accommodating with the rentals of the sunshades and Chairs, however, the average rental was about US$80. Not bad if you’re splitting it with a family. There was a small restaurant called big Mama, which was on the beach, which was able to provide drinks and food. The food was adequate, but clearly more so of a beach snack type setting. Although they did offer some cool dishes like curry, chicken and lamb. The only drawback was is that you had to pay two dollars for the bathroom usage, but you did get free tickets for this if you entered the restaurant or rented one of their sunshades. I would clearly suggest getting there early to rent one of the sunshades, there is very little shade at that beach however, it seemed that there was a turnover of the sunshades if you kept reminding the staff that you wanted to obtain one. I can say that the staff did everything possible to make the Beach enjoyable. We did go there a couple times and it was a great experience for the kids and they had a blast. The water was extremely calm beautiful and clear.

Water is amazing for all ages, good snorkeling, and walkable in both directions. Within a mile, you’ll find bachelors beach, plastic beach, and the pet cemetery

The beach was clean, calm and warm. The up and down of the weather did not stop us☺️ it rained every 30min for 2-3mins. It actually felt good. The coral reefs was wonderful and felt safe. Get there early to get and umbrella appx 9am. Otherwise you can rent theirs. There is no showers. The rest rooms are $2each time you use it. Free of charge of you are a costumer of the restaurant. Better off bringing your own cooler with food and water. A water proof bag is helpful especially if you plan on not having an umbrella as it rains often ( short periods of time). Loved the calmness, warmth and color of the water.

So worth the drive to the other side of the island. One of the.most amazing beaches I've ever visited. The water is pretty shallow for a good while when leaving the sand. Up to the point where the ropes are, the water isn't much deeper than 6 feet or so. Snorkeling is nice. Some fish don't know boundaries and you can see them swimming in the shallow waters. Get there early if you want to rent the cabana shade. They go quickly. Even took a pic of the bioluminescence in the water.

By far the best beach in Aruba the shallow waters are perfect for little kids to play in and swim it has crystal clear water. Just an amazing beach it is 40 minutes away from the other side of the island but it is worth the drive.

This is a dream. Get there early to get a spot in the shade. It gets busy. Amazing calm water, perfect for snorkeling.

The shallow, calm waters are perfect for relaxing, and the sunset there is truly beautiful. The whole area has a peaceful vibe, making it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy nature. It's definitely one of the best beaches on the island!

Beautiful spot with calmer waters. Went with two young kids who really enjoyed it. Area in the water right by beach was very sandy and soft. We loved snorkeling and stayed all morning. Not absolutely necessary, but I was glad to have had waters shoes for some of the rockier areas. Come early in the morning before it starts getting busier around late morning if you want a shaded spot for your stuff and quieter waters. To the reviews that said they didn’t see any fish, guaranteed they didn’t go in long enough with patience or only looked off the beach and never went underwater. Fish are camouflage and can’t always be seen from above the water! We saw dozens of kinds once we got snorkeling though. There are many by the rocks and cover, so bring your snorkel and watch! We even saw a barracuda from the beach, though ironically saw none when swimming. Beautiful spot, I hope everyone that visits appreciates its beauty.
