Came right at open. Shop was quiet and the woman who was working was very sweet to me as the first customer. Got a classic babka and it truly was one of my favorite pastries in Paris. This location is nestled away on a quiet street, highly recommend coming here in the morning at open! Hope to visit again in the near future.

Loved the Reuben Sandwich with Challah bread that added the Levantine touch. Sourdough brioche with pistachios & orange blossom is a must try as well.

I’ve always wanted to try them so when I found them in Galeries Lafayette, I got 3 different kind: Pumpkin, Pistachio, and The classic cinnamon one. They were all underwhelming to say the least. I couldn’t taste pumpkin at all and it was just brioche. The same as the pistachio one. Even with the cinnamon one, I could barely taste the cinnamon. 4,50€ for this is too expensive.

One not to miss! We tried their cinnamon, pistachio and chocolate babka and all were incredible! The winner for me was definitely the cinnamon one! Hot tip though - ask for a fresh one so it comes out nice and warm, it’s delicious!!

I went at the end of the day, so they didn't have much left, but I tried the pecan sticky buns and they were amazing, also the portions were really big compared to other places. Every pastry is affordable too. Sadly there's no place to sit.

I am OBSESSED with babka zana. I always come for their freshly hot chocolate hazelnut babkas but never tried lunch until today. Their sandwiches are pretty expensive but the bread is so fresh and both the chicken and tuna sandwiches are so tasty!

THE best babkas in Paris in my opinion (my favourite ones are the chocolate hazelnut ones)! Even if there is a queue, it's really worth the wait and it usually moves quickly. The only reason for the 1 star reduction is the fact that I have noticed the quality of their babkas going down a bit (on multiple occasions lately) in comparison to when they just opened. They're filled a bit less and taste a bit drier. This might be a case of the bakery becoming a victim of its own success, needing to downgrade the quality to be able to produce in masses. They still are worth the visit if you're in Paris though 😊
