"Among the sea of rooftop bars across Barcelona , Azimuth, atop the newish Almanac hotel, is one of the few that can be enjoyed year-round. The glass-enclosed lounge overlooking the Gran Via offers nice city views but it’s out on the spacious wraparound terrace that you’ll want to park yourself, on a cushy white sofa with a stellar perspective of La Sagrada Familia’s striking towers. (Even in winter, heat lamps and cozy fleece blankets keep things warm al fresco.) Along with a well-conceived seasonal cocktail menu, there’s an especially good wine list that features several Austrian and German wines by the glass—rare in this Spanish-wine-dominated city. The low-key, sophisticated space gets a bit buzzier on weekend evenings when local DJs spin tunes until 1 a.m."

Gorgeous place. We ended up here because Alice secret garden was full, and we are SO happy we did! It was a hidden gem.

During a recent visit to Barcelona, my friends and I spent an evening here enjoying the food and ambiance. The views are spectacular! The food and drinks were amazing, and unlike most places we came across, they did not require reservations.

Very expensive bar with cocktails for 14-16 euros, cocktails are not wow for this price, sandwiches for 20 euros. Service is ok. Chairs are kind of not new and worn.

This is a must for locals and tourists. Best bravas in town, great drinks. If you love gin and tonic, make your way to this place. Vermuts here are very good as well. Our waiter was Bryan, his recommendations were on point! Bravas sauce and alioli were exquisite. No reservations needed as of August. I would strongly suggest you to call before planning to come in case anything changes as far as allowing walk ins. Perfect location for a date night or just to hang out. A sophisticated lounge, definitely a more grown up and sophisticated vibes.

Brilliant view. Drinks were served in good style and their sparkling wine was tasty. We had live music but the loudspeaker where we were seated was malfunctioning, wherefore the sound was “horrible”. Even though the staff passed by a million times no one really paid attention to this fact. I would recommend to get this fixed asap as this is not worthy of rooftop bar’s class and style. All-in-all a good experience if you exclude the sound issue.

Spring weekend. Saturday afternoon in Barcelona city center = tons of people in bars and terraces... Yet you can find an oasis here at the Azimuth. It was a comforting and nice experience. It was a bit windy today, yet the views and the service was worth it. It is also true that it comes at a high cost, yet worth it. It was even more nice to get aware that this is one of the few rooftops that accept pets as well (they directly asked if we were intered to get water for our dog), so the experience was complete! Amazing food, and cocktails! There’s a stunning view looking at both Sagrada Familia and the rest of the city. The service was so friendly and we enjoyed the time we spent there. Really worth visiting 😍

Very nice restaurant, I ordered veal burger, it was so good, juicy and so much flavor. Price is reasonable for a five stsr hotel restaurant!

Yelp
We came for here because it was rated Michelin stars downstairs and vegan. Service was slow and we had to ask for drink order inside, and catch someone's attention to order food. The drinks are delicious, but pricey. The view is lovely. The hummus needs more veggie sticks. Charged for large water. I ordered the kabobs and got a pita with the pickled "Kimchee" and chick'n inside like a sandwich. It wasn't kebobs at all. Overall four different people helped us and none communicated with the other.

Yelp
The drinks are p expensive and not made up for in particular by either the vibe of this place or the taste of the drink itself. Everyone was super kind tho and they accomodated my request for a decaf espresso martini! Unfortunately it ended up being super watery and not tasting of much besides sweetness. Probably some better rooftop bars in barca w better drinks/views

Yelp
Great staff at rooftop bar. When we got there on a very warm day; only one staff handling all and she did a superb job! The views are magnificent- wonderful view of Sagrada Familia. Even though warm day that wonderful magical breeze greats you regularly; and like a great lover you can only bask in its cooling embrace. Drinks are excellent and staff attentive. They have a great vegetarian menu. All is small portions and a bit high priced; but you aren't at the corner pub you are in an elite hotel. If you want dinner go to a restaurant. Vegan tacos - YUM. Hummus good - ask for extra pita I take one star because the guacamole has so much potential... please add mucho mas pico de gallo add some salt and pepper and some fresh chips. Cabbage empanadas are good - but 2 per order- better.

Yelp
Good views - that's about it. Staff seemed to forget about us after our first round. Drink price was insane. 16€ for one Spritz.

Yelp
Amazing views from up here and very comfortable seating. While the cocktails were good and strong the food was bland. The fries that come with the sandwich have no flavor and were fishy as they are cooked in the same oil as the fried fish. The hummus was very small for the price. Waitress was non attentive and forgot a lot of stuff. Overall it's nice to go for the environment and to have a few cocktails but i wouldn't go there for the food.
