This old hunting mansion is quite majestic within the large park area outside Vienna. The hotel is lovely and the breakfast is very good. Staff very helpful and friendly.|To get into the city centre, you need to get the bus that stops outside the entrance to the drive; five minute journey to where you can catch a tram. Buy your ticket on the tram for just over 2 euro's per person so, very good price. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel

The former palace is on a nice hill, surrounded by trees. The view from there to the city is amazing, the atmosphere is great there. The room is ok, was clean and cozy. We booked there 3 nights, they never clean the room in this 3 nights and they never changed the bed sheets , they changed only the towels daily, they did not change the dirty glases until the last day. In one of the nights we found 2 big bugs in the bed. The food was ok, nothing special.

A lovely hotel in a location with splendid views over the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really enjoyed our stay there.

We always enjoying our terrace coffee with dessert here. Staff are always welcome and friendly, atmosphere is speechless amazing.

Right in front of the bus stop that takes you to downtown Vienna. Clean, spacious two story rooms are perfect for 3 guests in one room. Comfortable sofa bed. Breakfast was included with great options to kick off your day.!!

A great hotel for family big room friendly staff and amazing view good for people who want free parking ,the rooms big , the hotel clean and good service too . The reception team is helpful omar and the lady at reception which I forget her name was extremely helpfull

Me and my mother stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. I don't like to write negative reviews but we got very dissapointed. Even though the entrance hall looks very nice and chique, it was far from a 4-star experience. The room was very small and old, and made a lot of noice when you walk up and down the stairs. The bathroom was not clean to the point that there were a lot of ants in the bathroom ( see picture). When we went to the front desk to mention the ants, he was going to send someone the next day but nothing changed over the next few days. I had a wound on my leg and asked for a bandaid, where he gave me a bandaid that covered approx. 1/5th of the wound. When I asked if he had something that would cover the whole wound he didn't want to give a bigger baindaid to me because someone might come in the time that I cleaned the wound and he wouldn't have it then. So I ended up getting two bandaids that were way to small and not usefull at all. I kept the wound open for the night. Luckily my mother asked again the next morning and the friendly woman at the desk helped us out much better. The breakfast was good, however, the pastries were very dry and the fruitbasket had an apple with a whole bite in it, it stayed there for 3 mornings before it was taken out. I have to say though that the location of the hotel was very good and the view from the window to the city was gorgeous. I hope they will take the feedback this time and then this could be a very nice place. Overal I'm giving this a 3/5

We loved our stay here. It was only for one night, but we had a lovely time walking around the forested property and admiring the details of the building. The breakfast was out of this world - so many options and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The people who checked us in and out were superb, they put our stay over the top. We felt very lucky to get to experience this hotel.

A good little once-palatial hotel located on the out skirts of Vienna. For the price it offers breakfast, and free parking on premises, which was our main concern. The location is a beautiful park-neighborhood of what once were the gardens of the property, up on a hill top, and if you get the room with a view you see the town at your feet. The breakfast is great. It has both hot and cold choices, and taking it on the veranda is a great start of your day- eggs, hams, breads, cheeses, pastries, fruits, yoghurts, there's a bit of everything here and only €5 if you'd like to have them bring it to your room. The public transportation works and there's a bus station right outside the hotel. I'm about 45 minutes you're downtown. Via Uber it's about €25 (depends on time and traffic) and about 25 minutes to town center so public for €5 and a full day pass is a good option. The carpets and furniture do show the aging of this ex-palatial residence. We personally didn't care for the extra steps to the bed- the room is built as a comfortable loft- but our knees hurt from all the walking in this fantastic city! Lovely stay. Enjoy!

Wonderfully located upon the higher surrounding hills of Vienna Schloß Wilhelminenberg is a hidden gem, but gives you a wonderful view of Vienna. The Saturday breakfast is such a wonderful surprise and what a great deal for 15 euros. And the Sunday buffet specials are even better, but don't forget to reserve your outside (kindergarten) seating with a view. The food tastes great and there is plenty to choose from. The outside seating is limited so don't show up late.
