"Guests gather around one large table and the kitchen and dining room meld into one as the sounds and aromas of cooking drift on the air. The menu features hometown cooking with touches of originality. Veal in tuna sauce is enlivened with saffron; gorgonzola and green peppers are added to pasta with tomato sauce. Mains such as beef and pork are grilled simply over charcoal." - Michelin Inspector

We loved Audace so much that we visited twice during our trip to Tokyo. The service is truly outstanding—Yuki and his team are incredibly kind, attentive, and passionate about what they do. The wine selection is phenomenal, especially if you love Italian wines. The staff gave thoughtful recommendations and every pairing was perfect. Portion sizes are generous, and every pasta dish is fresh, handmade, and absolutely delicious. The Wagyu beef and the deer were standout dishes—both unbelievably tender and full of flavor. Audace is one of those rare restaurants that gets everything right: warm service, incredible food, fantastic wine, and great value. A must-visit in Tokyo.

Everything about Audace is perfection. The atmosphere, the service, the food - all delightful. Yuki’s service and hospitality are second to none. We had such an enjoyable first visit that we made another reservation at the end of our trip. This is a must visit when in Tokyo. Thanks for the fond memories and bites, Audace team!

The ambiance and setting was very chill and laid back but still with a sense of fine dining. The food was amazing from start to finish. Me and my friends still wanted more and the Chef made a special extra dish for us ❤️ Not to mention the wine pairing that made everything better. The staffs were all very accommodating! Can’t wait to come back.

A lovely restaurant hidden near the end of a corridor. Guests sit around a big table, gives a very homey and casual environment. Very friendly staffs, awesome wine selection and superb dessert. It's a relatively small place so give a call first. It may be more suitable for casual outing rather than a biz engagement.

Relatively new Italian restaurant addition to Nakameguro. They have a fun Instagram account. They have dinner courses if you are unable to decide but I would recommend choosing from the ala carte menu with wine pairing (3 glasses for 1000 yen - you can choose which dish you want your wine to pair with). They are able to split the dishes into individual portions if you come in a group/ pair.

If I could put 6 stars, I would! The food was spectacular, the service was out of this world and the ambiance was like nothing I’ve ever experienced! Highly recommend the experience!

You can taste the quality of the ingredients and effort they put in. But the arugula pasta with uni was way overpriced (¥4000+) and disaster!! Just purely bitter and no other tastes. Terrible no other words to explain. Also overall very pricy.

For this price range, I couldn’t really enjoy the meal. First of all, the counter seats face the wall, which felt cramped, and even though they were high chairs, there was no footrest on the wall side. Because of that, I never felt comfortable during the meal, which was disappointing. It made me realize once again that if I want Italian in Nakameguro, Clandestino 41 is the place to go.
