Start here! This is the place! Incredibly underrated. Trust me. Genuine staff, good vibes, great view, great crew, exceptional local and craft beer! I'm genuinely surprised. Limited signage, big impact. Been supporting locals, the community, and adventurers since 2008. 20+ local and signature beers on tap. Mulled wine and mulled ginger beer. Daily specials for Bahn Mi, Tacos, Steak, Burgers, Roast, etc. all with vegan vegetarian options. Busiest days are Wednesday (Steak night) and Thursday (Burger night) Quiet good vibe music, great view, and happy vibes feel. If it's busy, don't give up! You're not in QT to stress about the small things. The food is great, you won't be disappointed, but as a visitor, from here, do a lap of QT waterfront, finish at an Irish pub for a spice bag, guinness, and mulled wine. Seems to be the thing. Otherwise, grab an outside table early (3-4pm), start the heater, grab some blankets, settle in, enjoy the view and crew, and make the most of the daily special! Note: Pets outside only, no booster seat for kids, no takeaway beers. Limitless support though, just ask 🤙🏼

Great to return here after a couple of years and find it's still the same magic little spot. Very friendly and knowledgeable bloke served and gave a sample beer taste before we settled for a couple of pints. Had a couple of delicious share plates (go the Jackfruit taco!) & spent an hour watching the passing parade. All for $50. It's a "must do".

[20-Apr-2025] I was surprised how good the quality of meat in this place. 😍🤩✨ My recommendation is Rump steak with chips and the new hazy pale ale (forgot the name). Also, they have seating area outside and great service. BTW, the hot sauce is incredible. This place is a must in Queenstown. 🙏🙏

We had a tasting set of 4 different beers. Ordered pork belly snack and everything was amazing. Good service too. We will be back.

Great spot in the shade with a beautiful view across the lake. Friendly staff, seemingly endless choice of beers (many local). Didn't eat there but the food I saw looked really good and reasonably priced. Liked it so much I walked past many (many!) other bars closer to home to go to this one 3 days in a row. Loved it. Walk, don't drive. This applies to almost anywhere in Queenstown. It's not huge, just walk.

I've been visiting Atlas for the best part of a decade during trips to Queenstown, and this time was a particular favourite. The two lads behind the bar (from Belfast and Leeds - sorry I forgot your names) were wonderful. Friendly, up for a good chat but also on it when it got busy. Beer list is great with the legendary Emerson's and local brilliant brewery Altitude taking up most of the list as well as some cool guest taps from across NZ. The tacos were very good, the vibes always great and the view lakeside surrounded by heaters is a treat. Great spot

This place is so unassuming yet absolutely punches above its weight. The beer selection is excellent, the humans who work here really care about making your experience amazing, and the food coming out of the tiny kitchen is so flavour packed, unpretentious and just good eating. Dining the couple of hours a day the outside tables catch the sun is my tip, around 12-3pm. There are heaters and the staff bring blankets around for you once the sun disappears! I’ve been in Queenstown twice and both times Atlas has earned my repeat business.

Loved it! We got there on a day they had a steak deal, it was topped with onion rings and bread. Every part of the meal was fantastic! Decent price and lots of beer options. Highly recommended
