Great to return here after a couple of years and find it's still the same magic little spot. Very friendly and knowledgeable bloke served and gave a sample beer taste before we settled for a couple of pints. Had a couple of delicious share plates (go the Jackfruit taco!) & spent an hour watching the passing parade. All for $50. It's a "must do".

Great spot in the shade with a beautiful view across the lake. Friendly staff, seemingly endless choice of beers (many local). Didn't eat there but the food I saw looked really good and reasonably priced. Liked it so much I walked past many (many!) other bars closer to home to go to this one 3 days in a row. Loved it. Walk, don't drive. This applies to almost anywhere in Queenstown. It's not huge, just walk.

Great place to get a beer. They have a large selection of almost all styles of beer. They serve flights of beer as well. The atmosphere/decor in the very small bar area is outstanding. We did not have food, but it looked delicious. The music playing was excellent.

Loved it! We got there on a day they had a steak deal, it was topped with onion rings and bread. Every part of the meal was fantastic! Decent price and lots of beer options. Highly recommended

Great rotating beer selection, which helped me discover one of the most peculiar IPAs I've tasted to date (basically a hoppy pina colada!) The food was just okay, but still a great spot with beautiful views of the Queenstown harbor and its foot traffic.

We were recommended this place by a friend and so glad we took her up on it. The staff are great whether you're a beer lover or you're only dabbling. My partner was able to do a deep dive with them while I resorted to my usual "I like beer that doesn't taste like beer" and we were both very happy with the advice and selection. In case you're curious, I went with the Ginger Bear and a sour. We were also there for taco Tuesday, a great deal as the tacos were tasty and pretty healthy. The vegetarian options were good. It's also by the water with a great view, but that's almost secondary to the great vibe and lovely staff. We went back a few times during our stay and took advantage of the outdoor seating when we could.

Man, you can't go wrong with cool places to go in Queenstown and ABC is definitely one of them. This was our first night in ZQN and as we were just staying down the road this was the first bar we stumbled into. It has such a cool, relaxed vibe. The service was always friendly and even though it was just a pit stop en route to see more of ZQN I decided a cheese and meat board a good beginning to the night out AND this didn't fail. I loved the choices and the addition of different jams/relish helped delivered on a great cheese board experience (is that a thing??) I can highly recommend 🤩 Zippy spam included: As some may know- ma little mate Zip had to stay back in Oz - but he still gets a guernsey in all my reviews (now thats a thing heh heh)
