"The return of Assembly Rooftop Lounge’s coveted Parade Watch Party will take place this year from November 28 from 8 am to 12 pm. Diners can enjoy viewing the holiday floats while eating a tasty deluxe breakfast buffet that includes a mix of savory and sweet treats, all while sipping on mimosas, Bloody Marys, and hot cocktails from the open bar. Diners will be able to stay warm and cozy as the fire pits will be on, as well as standing heaters throughout the entire rooftop. Tickets are $165 per diner for standing room and $195 per diner for seating and can be bought online right now." - Ernest Owens
"There are a handful of rooftop bars in Philly that are on top of hotels, with low-to-the-ground, white lounge furniture as if that will convince you that you’re not in the mid-Atlantic. Assembly is definitely in that category, but it’s the only one that might actually make you think you’re somewhere else. That is, until you catch the view of the parkway and Art Museum and basically every other visibly “Philly” landmark there is from the top of The Logan hotel. On nice days, it definitely gets super crowded, so your best bet is to get there early and then stay until they turn on the fire pits at night." - candis mclean, alison kessler
"Assembly at the Logan Hotel in Logan Square is here to impress with its views of the Ben Franklin Parkway and Philadelphia Museum of Art in one direction and City Hall in the other. Add fire pits, cozy couches strewn with plush pillows, and plenty of bubbly, and it’s easy to see why this is a destination rooftop bar. Reservations are recommended." - Ernest Owens, Eater Staff
"Assembly is all about the views and not so much about the food. The busy rooftop bar is nine floors up (atop the Logan Hotel), so you can drink a margarita and look down at the Parkway or up at one of those eclipses that happen every 127 years. We recommend making a reservation, which costs $10 and guarantees entry. Plan to come on the earlier side so you get a seat on the semi-circle couches near a fire pit." - candis mclean
"Warmer weather means chillier drinks. This frozen cocktail is made with rosé wine, dry vermouth, cocchi rosa aperitif, strawberry, and fresh lemon." - Ernest Owens
