I recently stayed at this hotel that offered an overall fantastic experience. The location was ideal—centrally situated yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle, which meant we avoided traffic jams. The hotel is conveniently connected to the IFC Mall, surrounded by numerous coffee shops and dining options. The room was immaculate, with stunning views. It includes a kitchenette with washing machine and dryer too. The staff, including the front desk and bellboys, were friendly and incredibly helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find an indoor swimming pool as well! On my last night, I ordered a drink via room service, which was supposed to be delivered by a robot. Unfortunately, it never arrived, but when I provided feedback at checkout, the refund was processed almost immediately. Their responsiveness was impressive. I would definitely return for another stay!

The whole experience staying in this hotel is fantastic. The room quality is nice, the service of the staff is great and the cleanliness is good! Location of the hotel is fantastic with many nearby malls and train station connected to the hotel directly. Will definitely stay with them again when i am back in Guangzhou!

Booked their 3 room apartment for our group of 5 girls. Totally love it. Apartment is big and spacious, clean and well equipped with amenities. We love the location, easy to get around and full of food in IFC mall just besides. Service is also tip top, they attended to all our request very politely. They are also very kind to send up a birthday cake during our stay. Really felt like a home away from home. Will choose it for our next stay.

Great location close to Mall of the World, with endless food options and park. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. We wished the complimentary coffee on 6 floor would have been of better quality, so we always went to the Peet’s or Starbucks.

The 3-Bedroom Premier is so spacious and equipped with a full set of kitchen cookware. It is located at an excellent site in the heart of the city. I enjoy using the swimming pool and gym every day. My favorite place in Guangzhou.

Room is just the right size. Sleep quality is great. Buffet Breakfast is decent. There is a washing machine with dryer function in the washroom which is useful for the trip.

Just the nicest place to live for a short stay of a week or more in this part of GZ. The Ascott IFC has a maze network of underground malls connecting so many parts of this area. Service people here are top notch and it feels like a home away from home. Highly recommended.
