Had such a nice experience today. There was a super friendly lady in an orange top who helped me out. Really wish I had asked her name! She was very kind and took the time to help me find a birthday present for my friend. Felt really well taken care of. Just wanted to say thanks 😊

This store is the definition of Swedish minimalist perfection. As soon as you enter you're tempted to buy everything available. The smell is amazing, the lighting perfect and although items can be expensive, you are getting quality items in return. The candle holders are great buys as gifts or for yourself as they are unique and easy to travel with.

Beautiful store. If you are interested in interior design, this is a place you must visit in GBG! Might be a liil bit expensive, but one can dream right! ;-)

I've been a very loyal customer for a long time, and I love the store. However, I would probably never order online again. It used to be possible to return an item at the store, but they have stopped that. When I made a return online, they charged me 195 Swedish kronor, which is really unreasonable. Almost every online shop offers free returns for small packages, so charging a return fee for small packages is such a shame!

Exceptional showroom for really impressive interior design.

One of the best curated home decoration stores I've ever been to. It's large and has many different design pieces. Just an amazing place to be inspired.

Ordered from their website. Since I hadn't heard from them a week later (other than the order confirmation) I tried calling to see what was happening with my order. Gave up after an hour of ringing tone. Emailed them a couple of days later, but no reply on that either. I called again and sat through 80 minutes of ringing (no queue numbers or ETA, so it could just be they have no queue system). After 80 minutes the call was dropped. I called back and the automatic reply told me their customer service closed at 16:00, they wished me a good day and the call was ended.. this was at 12:00. So either they closed the customer service for lunch, or they got the time wrong and went home for the day. Last time I ordered from their website I ended up going to their store and ask them where my package was. They eventually found my order beneath some other unrelated order in their system, so they didn't even know about it before I showed up and asked. In short, don't shop from Artilleriet unless you can go there in person. Their order system seems broken and they are impossible to reach via email or phone.
