A must-visit place! Everything is super delicious and the service is great. It’s so much better than a lot of bakeries in the center of Yerevan. The idea behind the place is also phenomenal, they recruit people specifically form the special needs sector and this the place that proves that all you need to do is create an equal opportunity and the people will thrive. Although the place is based on such a great idea, you visit again and again simply because those are one of the best pastries you’ve tried!

I like the unique concept of this cafe - inclusivity for people with disabilities. It's also run by a charity providing help for youth with special needs. The plant-based hot chocolate was delicious. The atmosphere is calm, and the music is pleasant.

Fabulous, we had pastries and coffee. There is a wide range of baked goods. We tried a number of different flavors and they were all great. The cappuccino was lovely.

The coffee flavor was decent, offering a satisfying experience, though I found the size of the Americano to be quite small, which may not be ideal for those looking for a more substantial drink. On the other hand, I highly recommend the pastries, especially the éclair; it was delightful and truly a standout item on the menu. However, my encounters with the staff during three separate visits left much to be desired. They were not particularly friendly or approachable, which created a less inviting atmosphere. It seemed that they lacked proper etiquette when interacting with tourists, which detracted from the overall experience. The coffee shop itself is compact, making it suitable for grabbing food and drinks to go. Yet, the limited seating can be an issue, especially when larger groups come in and occupy the space. I've noticed that some patrons lack consideration and respect for others in the shop, leading to a noisy and chaotic environment. This can make it difficult to enjoy a quiet moment with a cup of coffee.

It's by far the best bakery and café in the city, it's not cheap for local standards, but the quality of their products and their coffee is outstanding, even for European standards. This place is also a project that enables vulnerable people to get work and build a career, if you're in the area and you're able to support this project, please make sure to stop by!

What a cozy, charming and delicious experience! Loved my hot chocolate and all the pastries were amazing. The cheesecake was lovely and creamy and not too sweet. I’ve been multiple times per day - can’t say enough good things! I love their mission as well - really makes me delighted to support them. You won’t regret coming!
