Really wasn’t sure what to expect. Went for the kencore vol. 2 event. Such hard techno I enjoyed it so much. Very cool underground vibes. Lots of locals and some foreigners. Prices not as bad as the high end places. Event got pretty full midnight onwards. The place is small and I assume not as vibey all the time but I’m so glad I went on a good night. It’s located in a residential area. Grabs must drop you a few roads up and you walk following the signs to get to the place. Upstairs is a dark room, sound proofed- where the magic happens. It gets quite stuffy with the smoke machine and smoking allowed inside. Well worth it for the good techno. Highly recommend checking out for an event and looking up the dj’s I had a feeling it would be a good one!

I had an incredible time at this bar! The drink selection was amazing, and I particularly enjoyed trying some of their signature cocktails. The thrash show was an absolute blast, and the energy in the room was electrifying. What really made the experience special, though, was the fantastic group of people - the staff were friendly and attentive, and the crowd was lively and engaging. I felt right at home the moment I walked in, and I can't wait to come back and enjoy this awesome bar again soon!

After walking for over 30 minutes through alleyways, I finally arrived at the place only to be greeted by staff who told me the entrance fee was 250,000 Vietnam dong. I only had that much in my pocket, but they only accepted payment through a Vietnam QR code. As a result, I was denied entry. I would recommend avoiding this place for three reasons: 1) it's hard to find, 2) there's an unexpected entrance fee, and 3) the staff were rude.

Drinks was reasonably priced. Event was great. Overall a great place to spend your night out!

The music - great, the ambience - No. It’s not real underground, alternative ambience but the mainstream - i grew up in Gdańsk, Poland, Berlin, as well as Tbilisi, Georgia - there you can see real alternative vibes inside techno clubs. Here, there was bunch of random people, some dressed elegant, some scrolling on the phone, some pretending they fit the vibes but apparently they not, some not dancing at all - I felt like I made the dance floor alive . I didn’t feel relaxed enough to lose myself to the music as you can expect to feel in a place with such music . The entrance was 10€ which is a crazy amount of money for the experience you got inside, such as arrogance and ignorance, which is standard in Vietnam but I thought maybe the alternative scene is an exception of it (like it should, it’s called alternative for a reason) - it turns out it’s not. It is not a real alternative scene and the place itself is tiny . The entrance should be max 1 euro. The bartenders generally were kind but they seemed to be out of the vibe and it felt like they don’t participate in creating alternative, forward thinking scene, they’re just there. Guys, it’s okay to let it go, drink a little, have some fun behind the bar, share good vibes with the guests in such place, just relax and be yourself for the gods sake, and if you can’t then maybe it’s not a place for you. The management seem to not really grasp the concept of running this kind of venture, which is advertised as “avant garde nightlife scene, a haven for forward-thinking, the queer and the alternative”. I’m here to tell you it’s a mainstream place trying to look like it’s alternative, but at its core it’s simply not, definitely not a haven for me. Learn how to do your business as you should because your place is very visible on the map of Saigon and therefore it serves as a bad example mixing up the definition of forward thinking, alternative and haven with the mainstream. So basically disappointment, still searching for a place to escape the reality of social norms and behaviour standards in this city, if there’s any. The set was quite good though .

The spot is convenient for whatever you into. Room is quite small, the bar is nice tho. Also a lot of space to sit (for a dance hall) so lazy guest just flop around like a house cat and glue to their phone, kill the vibe.

Can't say enough about this place. Great music and the most good looking djs in town 😍
