I purchased two dresses, one I was uncertain about. I did not read the store policy, and it was not explained to me at the time of purchase. The next morning, I attempted to return the unworn dress with the tags still attached. The owner was unkind, curt, argumentative, unfriendly, unpleasant; and she refused the return. She explained that returning a $62 dress would gravely impact her business. I will never shop there again. Buyer be warned!

Very kind & helpful staff, with a convenient direct attachment to Shoe Fly next door. There's a nice offering of good quality clothing, with some beautiful accessories (jewelry, handbags, etc.) I really appreciate that Anna Grace regularly stocks a variety of Matt & Nat products. I always try my best to purchase them from here first, before ordering online.

I came in tonight looking for a gift for my significant others mothers birthday. Not really knowing what to get, the sales associate was incredibly helpful in picking out the perfect sweater! I always have a great experience shopping here

An Elmwood Ave. staple , beautifully curated shop ! Must Visit if you're in the Buffalo area.

Very comfy. However the adhesive often sticks to clothing and hard to remove. Does not come off in one piece.

5-stars. My favorite store on Elmwood.

I purchased two dresses; one I was sure about, the other I was not. I attempted to return the dress the owner profusely recommended. It felt at the time that the purchase was to please the owner more than myself. The next morning, less than 24 hours after the initial purchase, I attempt to return the dress and the owner said, "I can't believe you would ask to return this." I was a new customer and was not told the store policy at the time of purchase. Essentially, I was punished for shopping there. I faced a hardship because I did not look and read every single thing on her cluttered counter. I could understand refusing the return had the dress been worn, or if the return date was lengthy, but she refused to return my money because there was nothing else in the store worth purchasing. The most challenging part was the owner's deplorable attitude. She only cared about how the purchase impacted her, not me. Had she returned this item, I would have been likely to patronize her business in the future, now, all I will do is avoid it and warn others to be 100% certain of their purchase.

Love this place. They have such cute pieces. I purchased a beautiful cognac leather multi-purposes bag that can be worn 3 different ways. I have received so many compliments on it. love love love and highly recommend. (Plus it's in one of the cutest neighborhoods in Buffalo)

I love this store! You can buy a spendy (for Buff) party dress and a $30 sweater for weekend-wear. They also carry some beautiful, affordable jewelry. It's fun place to just browse (read: no attitude) but I always end up walking out with something or coming back for something I spotted. I hope this store has lasting power, because it's perfect for my needs!

Anna Grace is a locally owned shop with gorgeous women's clothing, accessories, jewelry and fragrances. It has a reputation for being on the expensive side overall, but the past couple years I've noticed many more items I consider in the moderate and inexpensive range. This is one of my favorite places to shop for clothing in the Elmwood Village because of their array of stylish pieces that are unlike anything you'll find at the mall, but practical enough to become go-to staples in your work to weekend wardrobe. Next time you're looking for a cute dress, a fun accessory or a gift, stop by and check out what's in stock. They're always getting new items in and you're sure to find something special for you or a friend!

This shop is so cute and sweet. I was looking for a wedding dress and spotted one that was perfect in the store. I came back a couple of weeks later and the dress was gone! I panicked and asked the owner and she was a nice as can be! She told me she had put all the fall dressed away and she took my number and promised to call me back and let me know. She didn't call me back, but she did remember when I called back and she had the dress saved for me! Wedding saved!
