First class service. I bought the Aqua Alba fragrance and I am addicted. Even if you do not buy anything, if you love fragrances like me, this shop is worth visiting. The equivalence of 2/3 Michelin stars minimum.

Pretty perfume boutique - unfortunately served by a presumptuous sale assistant who mocked me for enquiring about fragrances with tobacco. So disappointed as products seem to be very high quality and relatively affordable. Great place for flowery/traditional fragrances.

I’ve loved Angela Flanders’ perfumes for years and always make it a point to stop by when I’m in London. A couple days ago, Simon, spent about 30-minutes with my friend and I -conversing, spraying samples and gently teaching us about the perfumes. He not only identified scents that we each liked, but encouraged us to try perfumes we perhaps normally wouldn’t. (The Leather Rosa is one of the most complex, beautiful scents I’ve had honor to wear in long time). This experience set the tone for the rest of the trip! We were in such a lovely, very British mood. Stop by, it’s worth it!

Wow! The most amazing smell as you enter this delightful shop. I remembered it from years ago. All I knew, was that I was looking for a beautiful smell something elegant but not flowery. That is when Simon’s expertise came into play. He guided me to what I needed almost instantly. How wonderful to have someone so charming and knowledgeable a great asset to this shop. I shall definitely be coming back again soon. Thank you!

The shop is a wonderful experience: amazing and unique scents in a sweet space. The sales associate working the day of my visit was very pushy: when I asked about price she pointed me to the 30mL, saying it was a great deal and travel-friendly, by the time I took my credit card out, she was already up selling me to the bigger size saying the small ones are a weaker formula and don’t last. I bought the smaller size, and walked away from a still expensive purchase feeling concerned about having an inferior product instead of feeling happy. I wish this store stood behind all of their products. After a week of use I can confirm the eau de toilettes last about 15-20 mins, but don’t give you a lasting scent.

I have just ordered online for the first time after being a regular visitor to the beautiful shop in Columbia road. With Lockdown I needed to call first because I could not recall which men’s fragrance I used( label worn off). Within a few hours yesterday they checked & called me back with the correct fragrance & I ordered online yesterday afternoon. This morning it arrived in West Sussex! Fantastic service from a beautiful traditional retailer & just so happy with their product; very special, very different.

I bought a bottle of Oud Noir back in November. Really knowledgeable staff! I love the perfume it's the only niche fragrance amongst my very mainstream oud collection.

We just had an awful experience. The staff didn’t open the door for us even though they could see us trying to get in. Once inside, the female shop assistant spoke condescendingly about our group assuming we could not hear and/or understand English. A word of advice - keep your voice down or better yet, treat your customers with basic respect. (Visit time: Sunday afternoon)
