Love the store! It is very well organized and has styles for all occasions - casual, weddings, parties, work. I like that you can dress up and dress down the styles. I am also impressed by the collection of dresses!

The reviews here are so confusing, cuz i literally had the best shopping experience in this & other stories location. All the staffs I interacted were so kind and helpful (well except for the tall girl at the check out counter lol), and I got what I wanted!! I’d go again and again. 10/10

This is a Lady's Store for great fashion, such as Accessories, Beauty, Jewelry, Lingerie, Ready wear, and Shoes. The Stuff they sell is of high quality and nice things for her. You can shop here for your Lady, for a birthday, Ceremony, and Festivals. I did not enter the Store to confirm their prices, in only did window shopping. This Store is on 5th Avenue and 42nd Street, Manhattan.

No petite sizes. No alterations. No bargains. Pretty much classic work styles and accessories. Other than convenience to GCT there is nothing special about this store.

I come to this location every time I’m in the city. The staff were exceptionally kind today and I wish I caught their names. The fragrance I was hunting was out of stock but they were so kind about helping locate it. I will always visit this store when I’m in town.

Good atmosphere, a bit pricey. But staff atitude way below industry level for such"lifestyle" store. Not enough staff at the check out place, a long wait before paying. The receipt machine broke so the staff didn't give me receipt or ask me if no receipt is OK until i asked her where was my receipt. (I mean no receipt means no exchange or returns right?) So I had to wait for more time because they cant email receipt to customers. I waited for 5 more minutes and just left without my receipt. The security guy was probably the nicest person in the store.

I waited over an hour for a size which was in the store. They simply refused to bring it to me. Super super rude staff. I was ready to spend money and I guess it's a special store that doesn't need to sell.
