So we arrived an 1 hr early, dog got sick on wife. We stopped in to see if room was ready n check in.... hose wife off. After 30 min of Informing the manager we just wanted to check in not cancel our room.I paid using my bank card online, this was issue one.i was informed about a virtual credit card, and I owed 2 dollars. I said fine at this point I just wanted a clean room. He sets us up in room 138. We go there and the place is trashed, clearly not touched after last rental. We see a man running around like a long tailed cat in a rocking chair contest and explain the issue. He immediately springs to action going to older guy in charge to work something out. We opt to hose her leg off in open room, come back after visiting area. 2hrs later, the old guy has forgotten about us entirely, the younger guy had cleaned up a bottom room. I can't do stairs, army and multiple failed fusions. I explained to "manager" before we left. If at all possible to do a bottom unit. He tried sticking us back in 138, it was still dirty, untouch from pervious renters. Except now he tried billing us again for same room. The place would received 2 stars, we had an updated room.
