An Ngon Vietnamese Cuisine

This place truly exceeded my expectations! The food wasn’t only delicious but also beautifully presented with an attention to detail that you rarely see. Every dish was bursting with flavors, and you could tell it was prepared with the finest ingredients. But what made the experience even more memorable was Tuan, our server. He was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. His warm personality and genuine enthusiasm made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this spot if you r looking for top-notch food and fantastic service!

My family of 3 were on a streak of dinning out without grandma. We ordered P1 Specialty Beef Rice Noodle soup (small), R3 Grilled Pork Chop with Broken Rice and V2 Grilled Pork and Fried Spring Roll with Vermicelli. My son liked the Vermicelli, while my wife and I shared P1 and R3. P1 beef tasted good with broth actually not having lots of MSG. I could taste some freshness in the ingredients. Service was good. Atmosphere was special with a cherry blossom paired with Chinese bird cages. Trying to paint a picture of spring maybe. A small story: I originally ordered R5 or R6 but there ran out of stock. Maybe come in earlier for these plates.

This restaurant is now called, “An Ngon” and is using the same menu as, Pho Anh Vu. Even on a Tuesday at 12:30pm, the restaurant was 90% full. I can see why. The food here is delicious. Everything we ate was seasoned and cooked perfectly and is great for sharing. Even though the restaurant was busy, service was good. Do order the fish sauce with sticky rice first as it does take 20 minutes to cook and is noted on the menu. The beef muscle pho is something I have never seen at any restaurant and it’s so good here. So tender and there’s so much meat and fresh rice noodles. The broth was perfect too. They are very generous with their portion size. I would definitely order the same dishes again and also try the other ones offered. Look closely at their menu as there is a few items that is only available during the weekends or in limited quantities. Note, cash or debit card only!

A great Vietnamese restaurant where I often get take-out chicken pho and chicken rice. The flavors are undoubtedly outstanding. Today's busy lunch time was made longer by the wait, but the restaurant kindly gave me a cup of coffee with milk as a gesture of thanks. 😊

We went here for dinner on a whim. The restaurant is well decorated, very cute, Vietnamese style. The staff were prompt and d sat us down quickly. We ordered a Pho and a Bun Cha, looked impressive looking at the photos. The dishes looked nice and tasted excellent. The Bun Cha could use a bit of improvement, if they could char-grill it, would’ve tasted better. Still, excellent taste and a lot of food. We found the service to be excellent. I thought the prices are high but, they do serve a lot of meat for the price.

I’ve visited this place a few times and am sure I’ll be back again. My favorites are the Chicken and Pork Vermicelli. The portions of meat are generous, making it a great post-workout meal. One area for improvement is the fish sauce for the vermicelli—it was a bit light and lacked flavor. I ended up adding some pepper vinegar from the table to enhance the taste. The Chicken Pho is also good. The chicken reminded me of Hainanese Chicken, served with a dipping sauce. The broth was rich and chicken-y—absolutely delicious. I even came here once when I was sick, and the Chicken Pho really hit the spot. The Beef Pho was decent, but it could be better with higher-quality cuts of beef.

Upon arrival, the quaint restaurant's Vietnam-inspired decor created an immersive atmosphere. The menu showcased an assortment of pho, meat served with cold vermicelli and Vietnamese appetizers and Com Tam (grilled meat served with broken rice; however the meaning of broken rice is beyond my imagination). The Pho Suon Bo Xi Quach (beef tenderloin pho noodle soup) caught our attention, but unfortunately, the beef delivery had not arrived, forcing us to select alternative options. Our experience was marred by subpar spring rolls and lukewarm pho soup. Nonetheless, my fondness for authentic pho persisted. The restaurant's inability to serve pho noodle soup during lunch due to the delayed delivery was disappointing. I conveyed my disappointment to the owner, who kindly offered to reserve a beef pho for my next visit.

Came here on a Sunday night for an early dinner. Surprisingly, chicken was sold out before 6pm, including chicken noodles, and steamed chicken rice. The price is relatively high but the food is quite average. Service is ok.
