We dined here on a cold snowy afternoon. Loved the decor and the ambiance firstly.
Service was quick and when our drinks had not come they were so quick to respond and rush them asap.
Was surprised at how busy the place was. Their soups were fantastic and so were the Shrimp rolls. Only wish the peanut sauce had a little more oomph to it as the rolls are pretty bland .
The smoothies were 3/5
The complimentary hot tea was so so good!
Will def be coming back to try other dishes.
Parking can be a little difficult but try finding in the alley beside it.

Wanting Pho on an extremely chilly day, we dined at a nearby Vietnamese restaurant. Looked like the place was designed with some interior artwork from framed paintings to floral decors. Was warmly welcomed by a friendly staff who seated us right away. Browsed the menu and placed our orders. Orders came in a flash and we devoured the hot soup. By the way, the house tea had a distinct taste that I really enjoyed. When paying, I noticed that there’s always an option to tip 10%, 15% etc. They only accept cash or debit transactions, not credit cards.
Thank you!
It was a great experience, I liked it!

We dined at this restaurant today and ordered the Specialty Beef Bone Rice Noodle Soup and the Grilled Chicken, Grilled Pork Chop & Steamed Egg. I must say, this place has set the gold standard for Vietnamese cuisine. It’s currently my top choice for Vietnamese food in North America.
The Specialty Beef Bone Rice Noodle Soup had a light and naturally sweet broth, with tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat on the bones. The Grilled Chicken and Pork Chop were cooked to absolute perfection, exceeding my expectations. On top of that, the four traditional condiments provided on every table were outstanding—each one bursting with flavor and enhancing the dishes beautifully.
Given all this, I would have easily rated this restaurant 5 stars. However, the to-go experience left something to be desired. I wasn’t able to finish the beef bones, so I requested a to-go box. Instead, the server only provided a plastic bag, which gave me the impression I was packing the bones for a dog rather than saving them for myself. Similarly, when I asked to pack my leftover pork and chicken, I was given a small container that couldn’t fully fit the meat, leaving part of the bone sticking out.
While these details detracted slightly from an otherwise incredible experience, I’m still willing to return because the food is just that good.

This place truly exceeded my expectations! The food wasn’t only delicious but also beautifully presented with an attention to detail that you rarely see. Every dish was bursting with flavors, and you could tell it was prepared with the finest ingredients. But what made the experience even more memorable was Tuan, our server. He was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. His warm personality and genuine enthusiasm made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this spot if you r looking for top-notch food and fantastic service!

*Editing my review after reading the owner's response: I appreciate the time you took to read and respond to my experience. It shows what kind of people are running the place.. I will definitely come back again! 5 stars all the way!
Was very excited to try here and finally came in all the way from Ajax 3 weeks ago. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by absolutely stunning decor inside! Truly a visual delight! The place is very busy but we managed to be seated right away.. Btw, the house tea is unique and delicious! Started by ordering the Nem Cua Be Hai Phong or Crab spring rolls.. They were really tasty and as with everything else, beautifully presented but in my opinion, they're not worth the price.. Especially as it's not pure crab meat, but mixed with pork and shrimp as I found out after ordering..
My friend got the Hainanese chicken and broken rice, of which he found the meal was not too outstanding, a little on the bland side as typical of the Hainanese chicken but even more so.. He did say that the sauces and broth were amazing though! I ordered the Bun Bo Hue Dac Biet and the broth was exquisite, the homemade sausage was just okay, fish cakes were nice.. Overall, really not a bad bowl of soup! I would try it again on a different day to see if it's better. Then I ordered a large Cha Gio spring roll to take home and it came already packaged and sealed, nice.. When I got home and opened the bag to air fry them, realized they gave me a small order of only 2 spring rolls cut in half.. Obviously a mistake but it was so late to call and who would remember the next day? Anyway, overall really decent but not so outstanding as per the rave reviews.. I would try again on a different day to see if maybe they were having an off day or something..

We dined here on a cold Wednesday afternoon. It was the perfect mid week treat! The broth is simply the best I’ve had in a very long time and the service is incredibly fast! We were seated and receiving our food in a span of 5 minutes.
I would highly recommend this place. The decor is also really really cute. Having said that, if you have the chance to dine in, please take that chance!!
Special shout out to Hai and Tuan

My family of 3 were on a streak of dinning out without grandma.
We ordered P1 Specialty Beef Rice Noodle soup (small), R3 Grilled Pork Chop with Broken Rice and V2 Grilled Pork and Fried Spring Roll with Vermicelli.
My son liked the Vermicelli, while my wife and I shared P1 and R3. P1 beef tasted good with broth actually not having lots of MSG. I could taste some freshness in the ingredients.
Service was good. Atmosphere was special with a cherry blossom paired with Chinese bird cages. Trying to paint a picture of spring maybe.
A small story: I originally ordered R5 or R6 but there ran out of stock. Maybe come in earlier for these plates.

This restaurant is now called, “An Ngon” and is using the same menu as, Pho Anh Vu. Even on a Tuesday at 12:30pm, the restaurant was 90% full. I can see why. The food here is delicious. Everything we ate was seasoned and cooked perfectly and is great for sharing. Even though the restaurant was busy, service was good. Do order the fish sauce with sticky rice first as it does take 20 minutes to cook and is noted on the menu. The beef muscle pho is something I have never seen at any restaurant and it’s so good here. So tender and there’s so much meat and fresh rice noodles. The broth was perfect too. They are very generous with their portion size. I would definitely order the same dishes again and also try the other ones offered. Look closely at their menu as there is a few items that is only available during the weekends or in limited quantities. Note, cash or debit card only!
