Nice and helpful staff. Good quality. Better deal to buy direct from France than in Canada. Store was a bit small and too hot in there with only one fan on.

The blond lady at this location seems to be super unhappy with her job, I assume she’s the manager cause she’s always there. This was my 3rd time visiting this location and she’s never in a good mood. The store does not provide refunds, they give you a voucher that you can only use at AMI standalone stores, so if you buy a gift for someone and they don’t like it, you’re out of money because they don’t accept returns. Meanwhile refunds are possible if you buy one of their pieces at Galeries Lafayette or at Printemps or online. Doesn’t make sense… The Forever AMI program for taking back old clothes is ridiculous. They give you credit worth less than 50% of the item’s original price (only if it’s in excellent condition, if it’s not excellent by their standards you’d be lucky with 20%) and they require you to dry clean it for them before?? Seems like too much of a hassle, I’d rather donate the items. For the price of their merchandise they really need to work on their customer service.

This brand is really having a laugh selling sweatshirts for almost 400€ made of fabric that cost no more than 10€ / meter , made in Moldavia, their margin is outrageous but that doesn't stop wealthy clueless people to spend their money there and think they are cool in this uniform.

They can have some nice clothes but when you see that this €300 knitwear has been produced in Moldavia it’s either that designers are super well-paid or that this brand makes super high margins. When thinking about sustainability, you can produce your jumper in France for reasonable price.

One star is too much. Warning: don't order from AMI eshop. They have a bad logistic and customer service. I have been chasing them since October regarding the refund of a jacket at 720€. This is so disappointing. I finally decided to forward the case to a lawyer. NEVER AGAIN amu!!!

When I visit to Paris, I always visit this store, reallly nice and coole services, the men (the seller) can speak Korean, French, English all and super kind and nice, recommand good and all size is enough! Excellent experience!

What a pleasant experience! Highly recommended (way better than the store in Rue d'Alger)
