It's a nice and quiet hotel located in the heart of the city. Great location. The rooms are nice and spacious with a separate dressing room and drawing room. The food is good. Service was also good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very well maintained. Has a lovely garden upfront. You can walk to Khan Market which is just a stone's throw.

Definitely a better "old school" hotel in New Delhi. Located near Khan Market, this old hotel boasts of luxury and class. The food at the Chinese restaurant is a must have it's excellent food. The spa was not functioning which is sad , i beleive alternate arrangements should be made for the same. The only reason I have a 4 star is because there is much room for improvement in regards to the service. The FnB is good and service in that department is excellent. The front office staff seem unwelcoming and slightly cold. No smiles on their faces. The room maintenance is well kept , comfortable sleep and excellent to see colonial style heritage being kept.|Would recommend this hotel as it's one the better Taj Properties

The location is central and convenient.Standard amenities provided in the room for guest’s convenience. One can easily walk down to the Khan Market. The coffee shop at the entrance in inviting

Big size room with balcony, great food, great staff and fast services. Location was absolutely amazing, just next door of the Khan Market. The Chinese food served in the restaurant was great. Insomnia bar was also great with a smoking room within the bar, which has been a great comfort for me and my guests.

Excellent place to unwind after a hard day's work in actual natural surroundings. `From the time you enter the gates of the property till you leave, the staff anticipates your needs and make sure that things are taken care to the dot. Staff at Yellow Brick lead by Mr. Prakash and his team ( Meghna, Chiisiini, Khushi , Sandeep, Mahesh, Udit, Sachin, Priya, Shiva make the dining experience to a different level. The Ambassador hotel is a bit aged. First room was spacious but a bit outdated while second was somehow renovated but with much smaller bed and much less of 5 🌟 feeling . After touching the wall my hands were black. Location is fine. The swimming pool was not functioning and the gym was sad. The breakfast restaurant is small but the food was tasty. I will not recommend it to friends for quality to price ratio. Staff is very friendly as always in India.

The hotel is nice, the staff are very polite. The building is almost 100 years old and has been updated quite a lot. But few things need improvement. The rooms need a once over, the flooring of my room was uneven and second is the housekeeping. The housekeeping was good but not to the level that one is used to getting in any Taj property.
