Before coming to Amansala, I felt anxious about going on vacation—the same kind of anxiety you get when someone asks what college you’re going to. That’s how it felt when people asked, “What are you going to do on vacation?”
Once I arrived, that anxiety disappeared. I didn’t have to think about what I was going to do. I knew the reason I had booked this trip was to take care of myself and focus on my well-being, and at Amansala that intention was effortlessly supported. The ease, accessibility, and simplicity of everything allowed wellness to happen naturally.
The daily schedule of optional activities is incredibly well designed. It provides structure if you want it, while still offering the freedom to move at your own pace and truly focus on your personal wellness journey.
When I reconnected with why I wanted to take this vacation in the first place, I felt an immense sense of relief. The stress melted away from my body—and it hasn’t returned.
Spending time on the beach chairs, being served green tea, looking out at the waves, and reading was pure pleasure.
The minimalist room design—the warmth and comfort of the space, the rounded curves, and lack of harsh edges—feels intentionally created to keep you at peace. These thoughtful details made it easy to stay relaxed and were deeply appreciated.
I can’t express enough gratitude.
