Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel

This is a very impressive property on a beautiful stretch of beach. The pool is beautiful, the beach was serene and peaceful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The beach staff are especially attentive - special thank you for Nasser and Seda who were so kind.||We ate dinner at the greek restaurant and at the Pavillion bar - both were good but not incredibly special. We'd recommend leaving the hotel for a meal to try other options. Breakfast buffet was very extensive, but also very busy. Take the hotel's recommendation on when to go to breakfast to avoid the crowd.||This is a luxury property in a very unique and quiet location. We truly relaxed. Thanks for having us!

I was here for a 3 day weeding, and I had the best experience. Not only the property is amazing, surrounded by the mountains and the sea, the amenities of it self such as pools, restaurants were amazing. The gym was a bit small but had the newest machines.|We had many different events and so many amazing people attending us, which made the weekend even more special. |Special thanks to Eka, the sweetest waitress, Ganesh very helpful at all times and Rohan and Vine the best bartenders of all time. Thank you for making a very special weekend even much more amazing.

Huge impressive hotel . I do not like this kind of giant hotels , but this one is really good . Clean , very good rooms , professional kind staff everywhere . The beach is large and good . The main restaurant is perfect . The dinner and the breakfast there was much above our expactations . During the day Blu bar is a good option , the have very good fish . “Catch of the day “ was perfect , I’ ve tried every day !!! wow this fishes !!! One evening we tried the Greek tavern restaurant , but it is the “forget it “ category . It has nothing to do with greek cuisine . During Ramadam it is the only place you can get alcohol , so they are full , but I guess it is due to beer / wine … Sure not becauuse of the tastless food . Main restaurant is the perfect choise .

This is my 7th stay at this resort and it never ceases to impress me. The outstanding level of hospitality is truly unparalleled and constant over the years. The past management was great and I feel that the current management needs a bit of brushing but in the end the hotel stay provides a unique experience. I will return next year and the years after with eagerness.

Fabulous place to visit! My first time in Oman and a great place to begin your trip! ||The grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained. We spent a week at Ritz-Carlton and we have had an amazing experience. |From everyone at concierge to beach restaurant, The Pavilion and Al-Khiran restaurant were exceptional. |Staff at Al-Khiran restaurant, especially Raju and Nazim who were in attendance every evening we were there made sure our experience at the restaurant was amazing. They were attentive and extremely kind. Similarly, chefs and kitchen staff such as Houssen and M. Ramees made every effort and spoiled our Son by making Pizza and Pasta after learning its his favourite food even when we were willing to let him try other foods.|House keeping staff, Purna, Tosin, Amin, Dham Sing and Riyad did an excellent job of ensuring our room was always clean and tidy and went an extra mile everyday. |Thank you all so much for making our holiday a memorable one!

Loved my stay here. Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. My highlight has to be meeting a lady whom I had swimming lessons with, her name was Mahsa. This lady was so welcoming and kind. She is very professional and goes above and beyond to say hello to guests. She is a real asset to the hotel. I met many people who commended her on her great service, friendliness and professionalism.
