We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Greek restaurant! The food was the best we’ve had in a long time—each dish was bursting with authentic flavors, and we found ourselves enjoying each one more than the last. We shared three different plates, all beautifully prepared and delicious. The ambiance was perfect for a special night out. With low lighting, candles, and soft music in the background, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service was outstanding as well—helpful, attentive, and genuinely happy to be there, which made the experience even better. To top it all off, the house rosé wine was a delightful surprise—sweet, smooth, and the perfect complement to our meal. We’ll definitely be coming back for another unforgettable evening! Highly recommend!

This is one of our fav restaurants and it never disappoints. Such a beautiful birthday lunch, superb food and lovely service. All guests raved about everything. Highly recommend this fantastic place.

Delicious hearty Greek dishes in a cozy setting. I really enjoyed sitting outside the terrace amongst the fairy lights. There’s a great wine list as well. The portions are generous so be prepared to eat well. I’m keen to visit this venue again and try more dishes from their menu.

Thoroughly enjoyed our experience from start to finish. Sabina took great care of us, from wine recommendations to the warmest of service. We got the banquet and the food hit every spot. Tucked in the quiet areas of Glebe, Ahgora is a delightful experience for lunch and dinner. Fusion Mediterranean cuisine with a punch of flavours that are beautifully presented on a plate. Some truly stand out cuisines, but overall, all delivered a pleasurable experience. A stylish designed restaurant with a warm and calm ambience feel. Highly recommend for any occasion.

Wow, wow, wow. The 3 of us were blown away by this restaurant. Everything gets a gigantic positive tick, from the ambience, to the lovely staff, and the piece de resistance without a doubt, the food. Evening meal. The freshness of the produce was exceptional. Every plate was a work of art the combination of ingredients were perfectly balanced leaving an explosion of flavours. Definitely our new top restaurant; congratulations on this fine restaurant and your exceptional chef/chefs… and staff. Pan fried prawns, Halloumi ravioli, Slow roasted lamb, Charred octopus with black lentils, Greek Salad, Lemon strudel passion fruit sorbet. Very reasonably priced, especially as ingredients are super fresh and of high quality. 10/10

Simple food done incredibly well. If you’re looking for uncomplicated delicious Greek food, give this place a try. We were lucky enough to get a table as we didn’t have a reservation and I’m glad we didn’t miss out on the feast pictured. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks again for your hospitality!

I went here for my graduation lunch with my family. The service was friendly and efficient, food delicious and the atmosphere casual but intimate, if a bit too dark. They have clear dietaries on their menu too, and a decent wine list. Highly recommend the mezze plate, gnocchi and the octopus, but other dishes were also quite good. Only criticism: while the honey glazed pork had good flavours and its mash was fantastic, the pork was a bit hard to chew. The coffee here is also very good, whether iced, skim, non-dairy or not, everyone enjoyed their coffee. Overall, a great local joint that caters well for small or large gatherings, sitting at a good point between casual and elevated.
