I do not believe there could be a more welcoming staff than at this beautiful Agnesb store. Whenever I'm in Paris I have the pleasure of shopping here. The always smiling Loriane, the manager, is so welcoming and kind. She is a very special person. Sanna guides me expertly through the new collection with her impeccable taste and flair, giving her honest opinion. Her knowledge of the brand and merchandise is astounding. Thank you to this wonderful team. What an asset to Agnesb. I look forward to my next visit! *I had the pleasure of visiting this agnes b store again in September 2023 for the new Fall collection. The wonderful staff, always warm and welcoming, happily assisted me with all my purchases. The beautiful manager, Loriane, kindly offered to deliver my packages to our hotel, as it was raining. Thank you! 😁🙏

The service was ridiculously slow. It seemed as if the girls at the check out were all on tranquilizers

Bonjour, Belle boutique dans l’esprit Agnes B. Quel dommage que le personnel soit si peu impliqué et professionnel. Ni présent ni souriant et plus occupé à discuter entre eux.? Bref si vous n’avez besoin de rien, tant mieux ! Quand on a la chance de pouvoir conseiller pour une si belle collection c’est un gâchis.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Ich hatte gestern einen Fahrradunfall vor dem Geschäft und sofort kamen zwei Damen zur Hilfe geeilt und haben Erste Hilfe geleistet! Vielen Dank noch mal!!

Magasin où l'on ne vous dit pas bonjour à l entrée, où l'on vous toise sans s enquérir de vos éventuels besoins. Où l on vous bouscule pour ranger des vêtements sans dire pardon. ... bref. ...

Accueil particulièrement sympathique et professionnel de la part de Sanaa, qui m’a parfaitement conseillée lors de ma visite en février dernier et a également répondu très sérieusement aux questions que j’ai été amenée à lui poser quant à l’entretien de mon cardigan en peau.
