Restaurante Açude, Ponte de Lima

Outstanding restaurant deserving of my rare 5 stars. The view from the tables next to windows overlooking the rives is outstanding. The service was first class. The star of the dinner was the sea bass with rice. The dish is close to risotto but with more sauce and the taste was to die for. The veal steak was also excellent. Out waiter Joao was amazing. Would definitely come again and highly recommend

Everything you looking for in a place to eat and spend a lovely time. From the start the service is excellent the atmosphere very friendly and relaxing. Good selection of wines and food is absolutely divine! I can’t wait to visit that restaurant again

A really nice place with a great view towards the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced. We paid approximately 55 Euros for two persons and this included a bottle of wine, dessert and coffee. The meat was very tasty, good quality and cooked exactly to the point we requested. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I’m visiting Portugal for a month and staying in the north. Visited Açude twice because the food was excellent. Service is also exceptional 🙌🏻❤️

Visit to Ponte da Lima after a family trip to Braga. Kindness at the time of the telephone reservation. Excellent from arrival to the end. As for the food, everything is very good, special mention being made of the cod and the Iberian pork. Every time I come back I will eat there!!! THANK YOU.

Perfect location. The food great quality and plenty. The service absolutely marvellous, they were super attentive with my grandmother.

Located on the riverside Great service Excellent food, but the star is the Seabass with portuguese rice . Wow doesn’t begin to describe it.
