This place is absolutely stunning! The tour was a fascinating deep dive into the art of balsamic vinegar production, and Natalia, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. Her passion for the craft made the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit in Modena!

Dec 24 22, it was a very good experience with vinegar tasting, we got to taste a 100 years Aging one too. The lady was very wonderful explaining in English all about vinegar. We brought some to try out. Certainly a good place to visit when in Italy.

My husband and I had a lovely experience with Acetaia Giusti. Our delightful and engaging guide gave us a great rundown of the history and process on our tour of the museum and barrel aging room, then walked us through a tasting some of the fantastic vinegars we'd just learned about. Highly recommend visiting Giusti if you're in Modena!

Fantastic tour, very informative as I didn't know anything about making balsamic vinegar. Delicious tasting at the end. We purchased 3 bottles! The tour is free, we made an appointment ahead of time.

Amazing experience! The staff are very welcoming, they let you stroll around the museum, and then go to the shop where you can taste all different and cool kinds of balsamic vinegars. Very recommended!

Really informative tour, the guide made an exceptional job explaining the process of vinegar and the history of the Acetaia Giusti. Totally worth joining the free tour (online booking needed). The tasting in the end was the cherry on top, very delightful samples that made you buy! Close (10min by foot) to the 500 bus station that should come every hour or so.

Lovely tour, very intimate and private, where you are shown the history of the Giusti family and its intertwinement with balsamic. This tour is not actually free because the balsamic is good you will definitely end up buying some.

Quite an excellent experience. Learned so much about the process of making balsamic vinegar. We sell this delicious liquid gold in our gourmet food shop in West Jefferson, North Carolina.
