I bought a large drongo lampshade in the sale. Regrettably I have had to return as it arrived and when the package was opened it smelt absolutely foul so that I was unable to hang it and had to put it straight back in the box. I have bought a Drongo shade before and did not have this problem with the really unpleasant smell of the fabric. I emailed customer services a week ago, no acknowledgement or response to email, I emailed again at the end of last week, no response. I have called customer services several times and nobody picks up the phone. I have called the shop and they kindly said they would let customer services know and arrange a pick up this week. After a week of trying to get through to customer services and no email received ( although they assured me that emails had been sent they were not received, event though confirmation of order and all other emails from AA received). I finally spoke to Jessica on the phone who arranged the return. Would not recommend this company at all unless you are happy to risk wasted time trying to contact them. Although I did not want to leave a negative review, I feel that others need to know what they may experience with customer service. I would hope that they manage to sort out the gaps in communication.

Over lockdown I decided to treat myself to this course. We had just sold our large family home of 30 years and were (once restrictions lifted) moving into a small flat that need a quick style overhaul. Abigail's fabulous course helped me think about the emotion / mood I wanted to create and from there consider all elements of the property from the garden, to the interior, to even the scent. Key styling tips meant I have elevated my design sense, to a more cohesive, layered and cool vibe! The family were initially depressed to be moving, however love the new look and couldn't be happier! Highly recommend - from New Zealand!

I went to visit Abigail Ahern .What a FAB Store .One word Amazing the staff were so helpful .So worth a visit .You must take your time to absorb the treats and lamps cushions . Are stunning x And a GR8 coffee shop next door :)

Lovely products, great service and my order arrived in 2 days.... Despite one of my products arriving slightly damaged, it was replaced efficiently. There was no need for me to be concerned with respect to some of the negative feedback. Great job team AA My ‘realistic’ faux plant looks amazing on the shelf

Just ordered two lights arrived and one not working at all and very poor quality returning and will buy rechargeable elsewhere

Checked reviews but decided to buy on sale to check quality, what a mistake, this flimsy little thing is cheap and not even worth £5 (price before sale is £39.50), better products can be found in Aldi. Cost of delivery and return is covered by the customer.

First time buying faux plants from this retailer. Very expensive mistake. Both the chain of hearts and the gyposophila stem looked very very plastic. I wouldn’t display either so wanted to return them. I didn’t read the small print about returns and thus had to spend £22 posting both back in the original packaging (stipulated in the Ts and Cs) to the company. I will stick to my usual go to company for faux foliage! We're sorry again for the inconvenience cause” Well I had already posted the items back so what was he point in telling me I had options? I still haven’t heard back if the warehouse has received my returned items. Very poor customer service

Beautiful home and decor pieces, a fabulous high quality paint range, the most divine faux flowers known to retail & the staff are always brilliantly knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. If you don’t know this gem…and you love interesting decor this is for you. Abigail Ahern’s range is stunning.
