I visited the shop in Angel and fell in love with a few accessories and pieces of furniture! Before placing an order, I checked Trustpilot and Google Reviews, as I’m always cautious about having a bad online experience. Once I placed the order, I received my items quite quickly via FedEx—sometimes in just two days, depending on the size of the items! LOVE IT! Will definitely order again!

I bought a large drongo lampshade in the sale. Regrettably I have had to return as it arrived and when the package was opened it smelt absolutely foul so that I was unable to hang it and had to put it straight back in the box. I have bought a Drongo shade before and did not have this problem with the really unpleasant smell of the fabric. I emailed customer services a week ago, no acknowledgement or response to email, I emailed again at the end of last week, no response. I have called customer services several times and nobody picks up the phone. I have called the shop and they kindly said they would let customer services know and arrange a pick up this week. After a week of trying to get through to customer services and no email received ( although they assured me that emails had been sent they were not received, event though confirmation of order and all other emails from AA received). I finally spoke to Jessica on the phone who arranged the return. Would not recommend this company at all unless you are happy to risk wasted time trying to contact them. Although I did not want to leave a negative review, I feel that others need to know what they may experience with customer service. I would hope that they manage to sort out the gaps in communication.

Loving my Olsen vase and Craspedia bunch bought on line in the sale. I have bought items previously and have not been disappointed with quality. The Pelican and cream Peonies I bought last year.

(Very beautiful stuff, but bad service. We bought a chair, very expensive - delivery was delayed so much (we had to remove door to get it inside, but we were prepared, it just took time and efforts), so much energy and waiting time - and it is broken in swirling part. So disappointing. And only frustrating feeling about the shop.) Update: The team is great, and we just came to the shop in the next day, discussed the problem and help was quick and very friendly. I’m sorry for my emotions and initial review, I was very sad and didn’t think just to come and discuss, I apologise. Thank you very much for support and understanding! 💛 And the chair is just awesome, in these cold days no any willing to escape from it!

Over lockdown I decided to treat myself to this course. We had just sold our large family home of 30 years and were (once restrictions lifted) moving into a small flat that need a quick style overhaul. Abigail's fabulous course helped me think about the emotion / mood I wanted to create and from there consider all elements of the property from the garden, to the interior, to even the scent. Key styling tips meant I have elevated my design sense, to a more cohesive, layered and cool vibe! The family were initially depressed to be moving, however love the new look and couldn't be happier! Highly recommend - from New Zealand!

I went to visit Abigail Ahern .What a FAB Store .One word Amazing the staff were so helpful .So worth a visit .You must take your time to absorb the treats and lamps cushions . Are stunning x And a GR8 coffee shop next door :)

Lovely products, great service and my order arrived in 2 days.... Despite one of my products arriving slightly damaged, it was replaced efficiently. There was no need for me to be concerned with respect to some of the negative feedback. Great job team AA My ‘realistic’ faux plant looks amazing on the shelf

Just ordered two lights arrived and one not working at all and very poor quality returning and will buy rechargeable elsewhere
