Aba is a trendy rooftop haven in the West Loop, serving shareable Mediterranean bites amid lush greenery and stunning city views.
"Aba is doing dinner and a live Zoom magic show on 4/27 from 4:30-6:30pm. The meal is $30 per person, and includes whipped feta spread, salad, your choice of kebab entree, and pistachio cake. You can also add a $69 “mystery magic box” to use for the interactive virtual experience hosted by the magician. It’s also worth mentioning that they’re calling the event Aba-Cadabra. Click here for more details, and to order." - adrian kane
"Even by West Loop standards, this place is a scene. The good news is that Aba is a scene that comes with fantastic food. It’s always crowded, but the space is beautiful, and there’s a huge rooftop patio that’s perfect for hanging out over drinks (even during the winter). And as with its sister restaurant, Ema in River North, a lot of things on the Mediterranean menu are meant to be shared." - sam faye, adrian kane, veda kilaru, nick allen
"Yes, Aba can be kind of a scene. Thankfully it’s one with great food and a huge rooftop patio full of firepits and comfortable couches. And as with its sister restaurant Ema, a lot of things (like the hummuses and spreads) on the Mediterranean menu are meant to be shared." - adrian kane, veda kilaru

"This place is a scene, but it’s a scene that comes with fantastic food and a beautiful space filled with plants, ivy, and lots of dressed-up people. There are two large bars, and a huge rooftop patio that’s perfect for hanging out over drinks. Most things on the Mediterranean menu are meant to be shared, and you can pretty much make a dinner out of all the spreads. Just make sure to edit yourself if you’re ordering food at the bar—six varieties of hummus can take up a lot of room." - adrian kane, veda kilaru
