Great lively show full of humor, acrobatics and beauty. Youthful highly skillful artists present life in South Vietnam in the past and in the present. Simple props made out of Bambu are expertly used throughout the show.

Very interesting show and I particularly loved the circus performances. Was hoping for a little more acrobatics especially aerials but overall worth the visit! Nice tea offered as well before the show. We booked quite last minute (the morning) and got good seats nevertheless.

Very talented local performers on stage showing parts of historical life here in Vietnam. Further to this acrobatics and music and singing with some humour thrown in for a laugh. It runs for an hour in an old style theatre in Saigon with an opera past no doubt. $50 aud gave you reasonable seats all be it the seating is a bit old but that did not spoil an interesting show.

Loved the show, amazing performance showing various parts of Vietnamese culture with funny moments. The acrobatics performed were good, the show was very well managed. We took the corner seats and sadly some parts of the performance were not visible from those seats. The artists were very humble and they waited for extra time after the show for pictures.

The AO Show is truly exceptional! The acrobats are not only supremely fit, but their precision and skill are nothing short of world-class. Every movement flows seamlessly, creating an utterly captivating experience from start to finish. The choreography is smooth, with a natural progression that keeps you engrossed and entertained throughout. Frankly, the previous reviews calling it a "high school standard" are utterly ridiculous. Such comments are not only baseless but also disrespectful to the athletes who clearly exhibit years of experience and dedication to their craft. To even suggest that this performance could be compared to anything less than a global-level show is an insult. These performers are professionals at the top of their game, and anyone claiming otherwise is either blind to real talent or simply envious. Yes, it comes with a higher ticket price, but the quality is undeniable, and it's worth every penny for such a breathtaking display of skill and artistry. Absolutely recommended—this is not a show to be missed!

Cannot in good conscience recommend this “show,” elements of which would not be out of place for a high school-level theatre performance. Obviously inspired by “Stomp!” and perhaps the lesser parts of Cirque du Soleil, this is not, firstly, the Vietnamese Cirque du Soleil. There are parts of a larger story, perhaps a fun, historical story, but any higher-level technique is drowned out by the sound or, randomly, juvenile sexuality. There is one thrilling moment late in the show involving a cyr wheel and a single performer. Otherwise, this is not worth a ticket. Additionally, the opera theatre is surprisingly small, so no need to purchase an expensive ticket. If you’re in the back, you’re only 20-30 feet behind the folks in the front.

Excellent, spectacular show. Laughing and gasping at the same time! Only an hour long, but really worth seeing. The tricks they do with the bamboo, the dance and level of gymnastics, and the stories they tell all make for a very entertaining show. I highly recommend it for adults and children alike!
