What a fun store! Really nice! Macaroons are delicious and so many fun flavors that I’ve never tasted before. Also, the packaging is a great souvenir!

The place was clean and peaceful, but the coffee not that good . I asked for Cold Brew, but it was very light, as if it was water with added coffee flavor. However, the waiter cooperated with us in changing the coffee to another type. The service was very excellent. As for the dessert, the macarons were beyond description😋😍👍🏻 but the cheesecake and chocolate were less than... normal

Beautiful place, pleasant atmostphere. Elvin was the greatest there, he was absolutely helpful explaining all the macaron flavours. I wish a worker like him for every place.

Drinks and food was good if a bit too expensive. But very poor service. Our waiter was rude and not accomodating at all, we asked him for a chair for a person that was joining the group he didn't bring any even when they arrived and we had to share the chairs that we already had arround the table even after asking him for several times. And at the end when came the time to pay he refused that we plit the bill on more than 2 even though we were a group of 9.

The service was excellent, with attentive listening to customers' needs. The staff introduced the products with professional knowledge and were very friendly towards foreign guests! Especially Sarrah and Fnorent, who provided us with a very joyful experience and wonderful memories. Thank you both ❤️ This will become an unforgettable part of our journey."

We have visited this branch today morning on December 13 to have a coffee and some sweet, we have heard really good things about them but unfortunately our visit turned out to be a disaster. We have ordered three coffee and a sweet plate and as soon as we got the order one coffee has spelled on our table and we ran asked the waiter “ Sebastian “ to help us clean up the mess and get us another coffee but he just didn’t even care to help us , walked by us to a different table took other customers orders and again came back and took another customers orders ignoring us without even looking at the mess on our table . Finally we called him back asking to help us , he looked and said OK without apologizing or anything. He didn’t even clean the table for us , and all he done was to bring us another coffee , what a LAZY waiter . I really think MACDONALD would do better job in a situation like this !!!!We were really disappointed with the service we got, if we had the time we would rise this issue and report him to the manager, but we thought it’s better to review this place on google . Bottom line “ STAY AWAY” !!!!!!

We had a great time selecting perfume for my daughter's birthday and to mark our trip. The staff was so helpful and engraved our bottle to mark the occasion

Such a beautiful shop with multiple qualities. I got me some hand cream since I tend to wash my hands over and over. Someone was able to hand me a purchasing bag and educate me on the type of hand creams available. On top of that she was able to have me sample a few and I picked the almond one because it was really sporting to the skin and it smelled amazing. You will find a cafe in the same spot with plenty of macarons to indulge in and other desserts. Loved the atmosphere there.
