"2% Jazz ("98% funky stuff" - a Maceo Parker reference) is tough to separate from its owner/founder Sam Jones. He's been a character keepin it real in Victoria's coffee scene since '96. You can taste it in every sip. They're building something to serve themselves not there customers nor anyone else. That's why it feels more like a rec center then a café still and they can't figure that out even, there not looking to make that space or service, and they don't know how to foster the kind of spaces nor things I think people want to see on the Island. You can feel the intent when you walk in but its a shell of a place still. definitely someone that's on the island for what we have that doesn't get much other then what little they got.

I had a cappuccino with oat milk, which was pretty tasty. My husband had a cortado. We enjoyed the outdoor seating, which was handy because we were riding our bikes. There is also a nice water feature beside the tables.

Top tier coffee shop in Victoria, always a great latte, yummy treats. Small parking area usually has spots available. Staff is very friendly. A good stop if you're in your way downtown.

Wonderful place to stop for a coffee! It was the first place I popped into during my trip to Victoria and I’m glad I did! I got the vanilla iced latte and I had to come back for more. There is a nice indoor area with plenty of chairs as well as an outdoor patio area. Really pleasant little spot, I definitely recommend!

The owner is a super nice guy. He sold me on his rosemary bacon sticky buns fresh out of the oven and they were amazing. We had sticky buns every morning we were in Victoria! Such a great spot.

Got a hot and a cold américano, both amazing. Kids behind the counter were polite and welcoming. Affordable too!
