"The 25hours brand is known for its playful take on the hotel experience, and this Zurich establishment follows suit. With an interior concocted by local designer Alfredo Häberli, the space features the usual mix of colorful, offbeat furnishings, slick design, and casual friendliness, as well as the cute touch of Häberli’s personal city tips scrawled on various surfaces. The rooms and suites are separated into categories of silver, gold, and platinum to reflect the city’s banking-capital status. That’s as corporate as it gets, however, since the interiors are decidedly funky, with bold colors, quirky carpets and artwork, and angular work desks. The hotel also offers a restaurant, living room and business lounge (with iMac workstation and free Wi-Fi), plus an in-house kiosk that stocks everything from necessities (shampoo and toothpaste) to accessories (Freitag bags)."

Hip, colorful and bright! I had a great stay at the 25hours Zürich West. The room was big, cozy and had a nice view. Breakfast had (almost) everything - I would appreciate a few more vegan options though. There is a nice pool that I hope to try out next time, the gym was great, it had everything I needed for my exercise and there is also a sauna, which I also need to try next time. Definitely recommended for a stay. The only minus may be the location as it is a bit outside the city center, especially for tourists visiting Zurich for leisure, for business trips, it's a fantastic option!

The hotel design is very nice and the ambiance is great. The attention to every details was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with fresh and healthy options. We had a wonderful time and this hotel will definitely become our new spot for each travel to Zurich.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for years and still love it. They’ve just added a 25-meter outdoor pool for guests—how cool is that?! It’s perfect if you like to stay active, especially since they also upgraded the gym area. The hotel isn’t right in the middle of the city, but it’s super easy to get to—there’s a tram stop right in front of the hotel, so getting around is no problem at all. Definitely recommend it, especially if you like to keep moving while you travel!

Took a chance on this place through booking.com and was very pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean, hip and fun. Tram stop nearby, clean, modern rooms, great staff. Restaurant food was very good and service was great. We would definitely return and definitely recommend!

We stayed at 25hours Hotel Zurich West In April. Nice place to stay in Zurich. The hotel has unique interior design, our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. There’s a tram stop right out front that takes you straight into the city center. The staff were honestly amazing. Luca and Natasha were always so friendly and welcoming, they answered all our questions, gave us great local tips and always checked in with us when we got back from our day trips. Liv was incredibly kind too. When we broke our phone screen, she helped us call around to different repair shops to compare prices and turnaround times, which was a huge help! Amazing customer service! I recommend staying here, and we hope to come back again soon!

Google
Great place to stay in Zurich. We found a great neighborhood nearby on the way to the river. Economy room is big enough, comfortable and with all amenities. We found the hotel very quiet, you don’t hear your neighbors. Efficient staff, friendly bar tender and trendy vibes make me want to stay again in this place. Highly recommended!

The staff are awesome people!! The room is comfortable and great. The free items in the refrigerator should be refilled daily and not one time. Conveniently located and close to public transport. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly and will certainly return or highly recommend it to others. Eana, Jan, Luka (all from reception) and those at the restaurant 👏👏👏

We had a weekend stay in this hotel. Breakfast was perfect, variety of food and you can make sure that you feel full after the breakfast. There is a restaurant right on the first floor which is also great. Room was nice and cozy. Bathroom was also nicely decorated. My only complaints are the lights in the room were not enough. It was dimmed light and it was hard to see at night. It should have been brighter and stronger. And the soap in the bathroom was such a skin drying thing, luckily there was a lotion near by. The other thing is I asked staff to decorate the room for my friend’s birthday beforehand and they agreed to do so. But as we arrived there were no decorations at all. I later asked and apparently they were not aware of this message. They offered drinks instead.

Yelp
After having dinner at Acanto, some of us decided to get a drink, so we walked down the street to this hotel bar. I'd never heard of 25hours Hotel, so it was cool to check out something new. When we walked in, I thought we were at a youth hostel or something. There were tons of young people playing ping pong! Totally reminded me of my college days back in Los Angeles, when students played ping pong in the rec room. Turns out there was some ping pong tournament, so I guess this wasn't what the bar typically looked like. But it still made for a fun and interesting atmosphere. The decor is kind of retro, but with a modern flair. The furniture seemed to be a bit mismatched at first, with different pieces and colors strewn about, but upon closer inspection, you could tell that some interior decorator had carefully chosen everything to match exactly. Every single color in the multicolored rug was exactly replicated in the sofa pillows, chairs, tables, etc. I ordered something new that I'd never seen before--Hofgarten Sauer rhabarberschorle (rhubarb spritzer)--which was a refreshing change to my usual Apfelshorle. A bit sweet and tangy, it was a refreshing fizzy drink to quench my thirst after dinner. The NENI menu card stated free Wi-Fi, but I found the signal too weak to do anything. The restroom upstairs had tons of mirrors for one of those really cool effects where you see the reflection go on for infinity. The DJ played good tunes all night, which made for a very nice atmosphere to chill out with some friends for a drink and conversation. My only remark would be that the crowd seemed rather young on a Friday night, but that could have been due to the ping pong tournament.

Yelp
I was blown away by my experience at 25H. Upon arrival I was immediately impressed by the hip, unique decor and unexpected amenities (like lobby ping pong). This hotel was far chic-er than expected for such a great value!! I also loved that it felt a lot younger and less stuffy than traditional hotels. We visited the second location in Zurich as well, And has a similar reaction. However what I loved most about 25H Zurich West specifically was the genuinely warm staff, most especially the Bar & Restaurant Staff (thank you, Micha, Varun and Roland). The Bar Restaurant Manager, Micha, was truly the most optimistic, genuine, hardworking and kind soul! Never too good to jump in and bus a table, taking good care of all guests and always wearing a smile. He truly made our experience. I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Yelp
Compliments to the architects/designers who themed this hotel. It was a genuinely unique experience, unlike you'll see at stock hotels. The staff is extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Live DJ, and a great wine collection in a beautiful lounge made for a great relaxed evening after a hectic day of touring Zurich. Breakfast in the AM was a delightful spread. Best part was made-to-order coffee. The barista service was impeccable!

Yelp
Hipster hotel in all its details. Reasonably priced for zurich, 25h hotel is originally from Austria and considered as a design boutique hotel. It reminded me a lot of the CitizenM hotel chain with all the funny quotes and the cool staff always helpful and friendly. The lobby is beautiful and has a lot of nice seating area to chill. The tram 4 is just outside the door and will take you everywhere (straight to the main train station). The silver room we booked was very cool, located on the 5th floor in from of the road with a large window and it has a lot of small details as the pillows, the wall stickers, the bathroom toiletries, the Bluetooth speaker... The bathroom itself has some pretty pink tiles and also enough place to put your own toiletries and hang clothes. I knocked 2 stars because I thought they could have done more to make us feel confortable as some more type toiletries and not only shower gel and shampoo, a bathrobe/slippers were greatly missed, a kettle for hot water to make some tea or coffee and some complimentary water would have been great too. Hotels should really go with these minimum without having to ask for.

Yelp
Stayed here on a work trip and I really have no complaints. It's a hip and simple boutique hotel that seems to be mindful of wastefulness and tries it's best to conserve wherever it can. For example, most hotels provide you with sample sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. but 25H has regular sized reusable bottles in the shower to cut back on plastic waste. I think it's brilliant and the brand they used smells wonderful. The breakfast was like any other breakfast you'd find in Europe but the croissants were pretty delicious. Staff was courteous and the decor was cool. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Yelp
Modern hotel with flair. Good room and restaurant, and an easy walk to the train station.

Yelp
New hotel. Really nicely decorated and the staff is exceptional. Really every experience with them I've had has been an absolute pleasure. It's new. It's modern decor. They have toiletries that say to save water when in use (cute) I am really impressed. They have free bikes to use and each room has a carry bag you can use while a guest. Nice mini bar and nice bathrooms. It's all around great so why not 5 stars? Air con sucks. It only allows you to moderate the temp 3C from outside. It's ok at night but day time it's close to not tolerable. And no ice machines, you have to ask for ice at the bar and only get a glass full. Lastly, they allow pets and although I didn't see any there, the hallways have a doggie smell.

Yelp
Go somewhere else....although somewhat hospitable, the ping pong table gave this "hotel" more of a....college dorm appearance.

Yelp
Cute, clean, modern, new! I would definitely stay here again. Only downside is it's a bit far from the downtown area, so be prepared to walk and take the metro every time you want to sight see. Also there's construction going on which can get loud/noisy. Otherwise, we definitely had a nice stay!
