I cannot recommend 25hours Zurich West enough! From the moment I stepped through the doors, the reception staff made me feel welcomed. Their friendliness is unmatched, and they truly go above and beyond to create a personal connection with guests. I was amazed that they remembered my name each time I walked past the desk—it’s such a thoughtful touch that made me feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, with clean, comfortable rooms and fantastic amenities, but it’s the incredible team at reception that makes this place stand out. They’ve set a new standard for hospitality, and I will absolutely be returning.

Trendy hotel which is around less than a 100 meters from the train stop. A bit far from city center but overall still a nice area to stay in. The vibe of the hotel is hip and everywhere is like an invitation to feel at home and welcomed. The rooms a nice and clean with a city view. I like that there is a mini bar with everything you can consume. The breakfast consists of healthy choices and juices that you can make yourself.

What a unique hotel! I would definitely stay here again. This is an affordable place outside the city center, with about a five-minute walk to the train, so super convenient to get around. The staff was very helpful educating us about the transportation. A few times we ordered Ubers when we had time constraints, and we played ping pong or pool while waiting. Our room was very beautiful and colorful. We did get a little hot (that's our American blood!), but the sleeping conditions were cozy.||We had a wonderful breakfast every day, and the one time we ordered dinner, the food was amazing! ||My only complaint was that they had shampoo and body wash, but no conditioner! A small price to pay for such a charming place otherwise. Highly recommend!

I have staid in both 25H in Zurich and they are both excellent in every aspect. This time it was Zuri West. Cyril from the back office ensured that everything was perfect since I actually had several rooms and we left and came back and left luggage with them. The service is always friendly and impeccable and everyone was helpful with Cyril standing out with his customer service. The Hotel is in good location and there are restaurants and tram station literally next door and there is a lively and well run bar and common areas with good entertainment and working area in the hotel. And all of that with a fun design and cool vibe. definitely can recommend without reservations and will be back at this one and other 25H. Oh and also great value.

I am leaving a one star review for one very specific thing. The room service card says that dinner can be ordered until 10pm, I called at 9:50 and was told the kitchen closed at 9:45. It is a detail, but I would expect attention to such details in a 4 star hotel.

We spent two nights here, and enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice (the rain shower, honestly, was the best I've ever experienced). It is not in the city center, but there is a tram stop right outside the hotel, and a stop for another tram line an easy 5-minute walk away, so it is easy to get into town. There is less to do in the immediate area, though there is a branch of the Design Museum right next door, and the excellent Frau Gerolds Garten is an easy 15 minute walk away. All things considered, if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay in Zurich, this hotel is a good choice. We were certainly happy with it.

Great service ! Daniel from reception was very nice helping out my sick friend with lemon and honey. Room and hotel amenities are amazing ! Check it out as you need to pack less stuff. Location not too central but very close with tram in front of the hotel. Definitely recommend the hotel.

Fine hotel! Had never heard of 25 hour hotel before but it is very nice. Quiet atmosphere. Rooms are not standard hotel rooms. They are decorated differently. Very nice. Breakfast also in very quiet atmosphere with plenty of different things to eat or drink. If the choice pops up again, I will opt voor 25hours hotel

After having dinner at Acanto, some of us decided to get a drink, so we walked down the street to this hotel bar. I'd never heard of 25hours Hotel, so it was cool to check out something new. When we walked in, I thought we were at a youth hostel or something. There were tons of young people playing ping pong! Totally reminded me of my college days back in Los Angeles, when students played ping pong in the rec room. Turns out there was some ping pong tournament, so I guess this wasn't what the bar typically looked like. But it still made for a fun and interesting atmosphere. The decor is kind of retro, but with a modern flair. The furniture seemed to be a bit mismatched at first, with different pieces and colors strewn about, but upon closer inspection, you could tell that some interior decorator had carefully chosen everything to match exactly. Every single color in the multicolored rug was exactly replicated in the sofa pillows, chairs, tables, etc. I ordered something new that I'd never seen before--Hofgarten Sauer rhabarberschorle (rhubarb spritzer)--which was a refreshing change to my usual Apfelshorle. A bit sweet and tangy, it was a refreshing fizzy drink to quench my thirst after dinner. The NENI menu card stated free Wi-Fi, but I found the signal too weak to do anything. The restroom upstairs had tons of mirrors for one of those really cool effects where you see the reflection go on for infinity. The DJ played good tunes all night, which made for a very nice atmosphere to chill out with some friends for a drink and conversation. My only remark would be that the crowd seemed rather young on a Friday night, but that could have been due to the ping pong tournament.

I was blown away by my experience at 25H. Upon arrival I was immediately impressed by the hip, unique decor and unexpected amenities (like lobby ping pong). This hotel was far chic-er than expected for such a great value!! I also loved that it felt a lot younger and less stuffy than traditional hotels. We visited the second location in Zurich as well, And has a similar reaction. However what I loved most about 25H Zurich West specifically was the genuinely warm staff, most especially the Bar & Restaurant Staff (thank you, Micha, Varun and Roland). The Bar Restaurant Manager, Micha, was truly the most optimistic, genuine, hardworking and kind soul! Never too good to jump in and bus a table, taking good care of all guests and always wearing a smile. He truly made our experience. I highly recommend this hotel!!!!

Compliments to the architects/designers who themed this hotel. It was a genuinely unique experience, unlike you'll see at stock hotels. The staff is extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Live DJ, and a great wine collection in a beautiful lounge made for a great relaxed evening after a hectic day of touring Zurich. Breakfast in the AM was a delightful spread. Best part was made-to-order coffee. The barista service was impeccable!

Hipster hotel in all its details. Reasonably priced for zurich, 25h hotel is originally from Austria and considered as a design boutique hotel. It reminded me a lot of the CitizenM hotel chain with all the funny quotes and the cool staff always helpful and friendly. The lobby is beautiful and has a lot of nice seating area to chill. The tram 4 is just outside the door and will take you everywhere (straight to the main train station). The silver room we booked was very cool, located on the 5th floor in from of the road with a large window and it has a lot of small details as the pillows, the wall stickers, the bathroom toiletries, the Bluetooth speaker... The bathroom itself has some pretty pink tiles and also enough place to put your own toiletries and hang clothes. I knocked 2 stars because I thought they could have done more to make us feel confortable as some more type toiletries and not only shower gel and shampoo, a bathrobe/slippers were greatly missed, a kettle for hot water to make some tea or coffee and some complimentary water would have been great too. Hotels should really go with these minimum without having to ask for.

Stayed here on a work trip and I really have no complaints. It's a hip and simple boutique hotel that seems to be mindful of wastefulness and tries it's best to conserve wherever it can. For example, most hotels provide you with sample sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. but 25H has regular sized reusable bottles in the shower to cut back on plastic waste. I think it's brilliant and the brand they used smells wonderful. The breakfast was like any other breakfast you'd find in Europe but the croissants were pretty delicious. Staff was courteous and the decor was cool. I would definitely recommend staying here.

New hotel. Really nicely decorated and the staff is exceptional. Really every experience with them I've had has been an absolute pleasure. It's new. It's modern decor. They have toiletries that say to save water when in use (cute) I am really impressed. They have free bikes to use and each room has a carry bag you can use while a guest. Nice mini bar and nice bathrooms. It's all around great so why not 5 stars? Air con sucks. It only allows you to moderate the temp 3C from outside. It's ok at night but day time it's close to not tolerable. And no ice machines, you have to ask for ice at the bar and only get a glass full. Lastly, they allow pets and although I didn't see any there, the hallways have a doggie smell.

Cute, clean, modern, new! I would definitely stay here again. Only downside is it's a bit far from the downtown area, so be prepared to walk and take the metro every time you want to sight see. Also there's construction going on which can get loud/noisy. Otherwise, we definitely had a nice stay!
