One of the most famous restaurants in Gothenburg. The food was awesome, the smoke on the water burger was super great as other comments said. Service was not bad, but customers were a lot, so the staffs were quite busy. One thing to remind short people, their table and chairs are a little bit high, so maybe have to stretch arms while eating.

One of the best burgers I’ve had in my life. Wait staff are prompt and friendly. Atmosphere/Vibe is very relaxed: The patrons span a very broad demographic, so you don’t feel like an outsider.

If you are a gluten-intolerant who loves rock/metal music, it’s the best place for you. They have 5 types of gluten free beers (3 IPA and 2 lager), gluten free buns and gluten free dessert. My burger was perfect and the dessert as well. The atmosphere is very good and the bartenders are really nice.

Had huge expectations after reading the reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed. Ordered the classic 2112 with truffle mayo. The burger didn’t look spectacular…but the taste was amazing. Definitively one of the best burgers I’ve had. Think it was the mayo that did it, which I learned was made by themselves. The restaurant/bar is a rock spot decorated with signed guitars, photos etc. The music goes along those lines as well. Will be back. (Took the photo after taking a bite and squishing the bun)

It has a pub-like atmosphere, great music (if you like The Offspring!), a good selection of beer, and decent burgers. The variety of burgers was great, but mine came out overcooked. Since I was a foreigner, I did not ask them to make me a new one. However, my boyfriend's burger was great!

I don't think I've had a burger this delicious in decades although I'm only in my 30s. I had the Big Brother and the burger patty itself was almost as soft as the brioche bun it was sandwiched between. The slight spice was just right and not overpowered. The grilled flavour was really mouth watering in the inside of the bun and surface of the patty. The patty itself was cooked exactly right. The cook at this restaurant really does know what they are doing and can't commend them enough. The menu itself is fairly simple which but the execution is excellent. We also had the wings and the chicken wrap which were equally delicious. The staff were also probably the most polite and welcome staff I've experienced in Sweden since I moved here a few years ago (admittedly to Stockholm which might explain that!). My only regret I'd that I pressed enter on the card machine before putting in a tip. A truly excellent gem of a place and hopefully this review serves as a tip on it's own. Really excellent and will certainly be returning when I'm in Gothenburg again.

I've always been a great fan of hamburgers, and I've eaten a lot of great ones... and the hamburgers I've eaten at 2112 are definitely on my top 10 The staff was really nice and friendly, music just in point, the fries (both French fries, and sweet fries) were delicious. Definitely my place-to-go whenever I want a hamburguer in Gothenburg, and I would recomend it to anyone!
