Congratulations—you’ve found 12 Steps Down in Bella Vista. The wooden, u-shaped bar is at capacity on most nights, but especially on Wednesdays for music trivia Tuesdays for karaoke night, or any day when a Philadelphia sports team is doing something with a ball.
