"Frankinstien Bike Worx, Rittenhouse Square by J2 Design. A great bike city deserves great bike shops, and this is one of them. The shop may be basement level, but it’s well worth walking your bike down a few stairs. It may be a bit nitty gritty, but the owner is a stand-up dude who prefers his cigar over trying to sell you a bike when all you need is a flat fix."
