"Café Angelique, Noho by Carbone Smolan Agency. Café Angelique is a mini European-style coffee shop with a discordantly large menu of coffee drinks, flaky pastries and light breakfast and lunch fare. The staff is exceptionally friendly; the atmosphere, reminiscent of a cozy French bistro; and the seats by the windows perfect for people watching NoHo’ers strut down Bleecker.
