Quarters appears to be something of a stepsister to it's neighboring KBBQ joints in the Chapman Plaza shopping center, a major hub for Koreatown nightlife. Although it flaunts a glossy chain-style restaurant, don't be fooled into thinking their BBQ is run of the mill. Expertly grilled Kobe paired with a solid selection of beers on tap, well that's artistry you can only find in excess in this neighborhood.
