"Roasterie, Westside. The Roasterie has a few locations around Kansas City, but none as cool as the Factory location on the Westside. You can spot the building and the giant plane swooping off the roof from miles away. Clean lines, high ceilings, free wifi, lots of air-roasted coffee, you may not want to go home. Air-roasting is their claim to fame, it enhances the flavors of their direct trade coffee beans and they do it in the factory location. It’s fun to watch the forklifts drive around. The Roasterie team cares about the quality of the beans, the coffee and taking care of the farmers. With several specialty blends and coffees sourced world wide, you are bound to find a favorite, maybe 2 or 3."
