"TeaGschwendner, Lakeview. OK, this tea shop is technically on the Lincoln Park side of Diversey Avenue, but it caters to plenty Lakeview residents. Part of a chain of over 130 locations worldwide, this European tea vendor has a loyal following in Chicago – home to it's only two North American locations (the other is a Gold Coast outpost). The selection is unmatched, and has the power to turn on even the most apprehensive tea drinkers. With walls of black, green, grey, herbal & fruit tea varieties, TeaGschwendner has something for everyone. The staff is more than willing to help you pick out a new tea to try, and even give you a lesson in pronouncing the shop's do-sy of a name."
