To eat dip soba, take a few strands of the cold soba noodles, and dip them into the hot broth before eating them in a separate bowl. The Pork Kimchee Dip Soba and Japanese Curry Soba are super flavorful and fun to eat. They have pretty good vegan options as well. Go during lunch time to avoid the long lines at dinnertime!
