"The Ship, West Bottoms. A gem in the sea of warehouses, The Ship is the perfect last stop on your West Bottoms pub crawl. Yes, you may feel like you’re walking into an abandoned building from the outside. But walk in and be transported to another place and time. The kitschy, nautical decor is in fact from the original 1935 bar of the same name, discovered in the basement of a West Bottoms warehouse in 2004. Since then it has gone from a speakeasy to liquor license-toting establishment. However, it still maintains that undiscovered charm. Go for the live music and stay for no-fuss drinking."
