"Ground Control, Humboldt Park. Vegetarians and vegans rejoice! A spot made just for you, though even the carnivores line up for their meat-free take on classic sandwiches like bahn mi, jibaritos (though they're no Papa's), po' boys, tortas and one hell of a beet burger.
