"District, Lincoln Square. There's definitely a MadMen-esque vibe to this place, complete with a liquor cart and a bottle of whiskey to go with it. This shop collects some of the best pieces from the 1950s and 60s, some showing wear but never tear. They sell these beauties alongside modern accessories. We especially love their plant stands, which happen to be custom-made by District themselves. Here, you'll find things like pillows, tables, old metal letters, deer heads, sofas, artwork, lamps and a sweet Charles Eames lounge chair. Since most things are one-of-a-kind, their inventory is always changing. So what you see here may be there today, gone tomorrow!Be sure to check out Alapash next door."
