"The revival of Los Galgos bar is one of the the best things to happen to the neighbourhood. When the patriarch passed away, the family run business closed down and the fixtures put up for auction. Owners of legendary Palermo Bar 878 seized the opportunity to give the bar a kiss of life, bid for all original fixtures and reopened it, respecting its heritage (opened in 1931) but giving the bar a contemporary edge.
