The Jackson Heights location remains the original spot where the chorizo is still being made. The tiny storefront is deceptive considering the number of products they are able to stock. They carry a large assortment of Spanish cheeses, cured meats, olive oil, canned seafood including clams, baby squid, tuna, pickled peppers, olives, turron, paella rice, and of course saffron. Every Saturday, the owner, Marcos Intriago is there greeting customers, pouring wine and offering samples of aged meats, cheese and housemade specialties."
