Try both the paper dosa which is thin and crispy and the mysore dosa which is porous with a satisfying chew; both are served with a tasty coconut chutney and sambar. They also have a long list of perfectly spiced curries (okra and roasted eggplant to start), Mumbai chaats (like a flavor party in your mouth), and hard to find rice dishes (tamarind!) to explore.
