"New York Central Art Supply, East Village by Champions. Three floors of art supplies! NYCAS is a cramped art store that carries a lot of supplies you can’t find elsewhere in the city. The staff can be a little standoffish at times but it’s all part of the charm of this place. Go to the third floor and check out all of the decorative paper. It’s a must see."
