Any place where your seafood is steamed in a plastic bag and where you need to wear disposable gloves (sorry, environment) to protect your hands from the spice is my kind of place. You order your seafood by weight here, and Mom and I can sneak in and put down a good pound or two of crawfish, king crab legs, or peel-and-eat shrimp in one sitting. You get to choose from five levels of heat, from Baby Spice to Extra Spicy, and five seasonings: Louisiana, Juicy Cajun, Garlic Butter, Lemon Pepper, or Hot n Juicy.
