"Tucked away on the tip of the small town of Vittoriosa, just around the corner from the Birgu seafront with its stunning yachts at anchor, this restaurant run by Italian-Australian chef Adrian Hili serves Italian and Maltese cuisine. The superb Mediterranean-style local fish specialities include turbot with Sicilian clams and cannellini beans. As a result of ongoing restoration work, the entrance is currently to the rear of the building (not particularly attractive), but once inside the elegant decor and outdoor dining space more than compensate." - Michelin Inspector
