"The jewel in the crown of Andreas Caminada's suite of restaurants delivers an exceptional experience across the board. From the wonderfully stylish interior of this historical castle nestled at the foot of Piz Beverin, to the impeccably professional service, to the sophisticated, beautifully balanced cuisine abounding with interestingly contrasting flavours. Instead of relying on conventional premium ingredients, the dishes draw almost exclusively on the very finest of what the Graubünden region has to offer! Some of the produce is sourced from their own fantastic vegetable garden. The meal kicks off with an array of appetisers and amuse-bouches – something of a "pre-menu" in itself.
