"Hankook Taqueria is a popular Mexican-Korean mash-up, tucked on a corner of Collier Road that weaves past warehouses and office parks. The modest lunchtime favorite is great for the area’s chino wearers and college students who are torn between burritos and bibimbap. The tacos, a mix of usual toppings (pulled pork, marinated beef) and daily specials (phenomenal buffalo chicken) sprinkled with lettuce, cilantro, and soy sesame vinaigrette on a warm flour tortilla, never miss. Same for quesadillas that hit the perfect spot on the crispy meter. But if you’re looking for something with a bit of Seoul, get an order of bibimbap stuffed with rice, bean sprouts, and red pepper sauce-dabbed proteins. There's so much food that the Styrofoam container barely closes. " - DeMarco Williams
