"This historic restaurant is one of the town’s go-to special occasion spots, but it isn’t so fancy that you couldn’t show up for an après-ski meal (no ski boots, though). The menu has a lot of meat, including buffalo tartare and wagyu beef carpaccio appetizers, wild game, and hearty steak entrees, but this place isn’t only for carnivores—the ahi tuna, crunchy tofu, and mushroom and zucchini risotto are all excellent as well.
